They did split up, but funnily enough about 2 years ago, right around when you left this comment, they got back together for as far as I know, one last gig, and I was at that gig! It was in an industrial estate in London, in a suburban area way out of the city centre, like me and my friends were confused, we thought we were in the wrong place, but then we found it, it was an old warehouse haha I met the drummer outside the ‘venue’ and had a bit of a chat with him, it was an amazing experience to see them live... Also at the same time that they did this gig, they released a very limited number of their record on vinyl, VERY limited edition, like less than 1000 produced I think! And I bought one for myself and one for my buddy for his birthday. I have kept the vinyl sealed in its original packaging and I keep it as an ornament on my shelf, it’s way too precious for me to open it up (I also don’t own a record player so would be pointless haha), though I admit I have been VERY curious to know what’s inside, there’s always something interesting in a record, pictures, text etc, maybe even a poster or something, but I just cant bring myself to break the original seal... Just thought I’d share this all with you because why not, it’s a fun anecdote haha
@@HeyItsKora hey i know this is a 3 yo comment but i happen to own one of the vinyls and inside there is a beitiful text someone wrote about listening to clever girl and kind of finding meaning in life. if you are interested please share your email and i will send you a picture!
Biography Formed in late 2009. Played a few gigs and released "Drum in Bass in the Jazz Room" in 2010, then split up. Someone put us on youtube and now we have emo 16 year old teengagers in Chile digging us. All hail the internet! We'd love to get back together but so far we're too busy making posh coffee, analysing media data, diagnosing patients, blogging from Brussels and other boring shit. At some point hopefully we'll wake up and realise that we were born to bring twiddly instrumental sax core to the masses. Watch this space.
it's been a year already. just wanted to say the music you guys made is truly special. it's soo good, like seriously. I hope you guys could get back together someday to make some more awesome tunes. much love from the philippines
something about this bad is so special. can't quite pin it down. all i know is that the four songs of their's i've heard have stuck with me for years.
i fucking hear you dude. music like this brings me back to this happy summer that never existed.
Completely agree. "Elm" stuck with me for so long. The pureness in the opening parts is so beautiful.
Love how the drummer hits extremely soft. Sorry to hear they split up. They gave us an amazing album and I hope they are doing fine now.
