Tu doctor Hysteroscopy say ye problem solve ho jayegi aur meri lining normal ho jayegi utres ki? Please reply.

Ma'am my mother aged 67 biopsy report says The polyp is made up of Endometrial tissue. Endometrial gland shows crowding and are lined by tall columnar epithelium. There is no atypia. The stroma is made up of spindle cells and thick walled vascular channels.
Is Amenorrhea can be a symptom of Endometrial Hyperplasia for a teenager??

Mera bar bar misscarriage hota 7 8 weeks ka baby abortion hua uss time hi biopsy test liya toh hyperplasia dikhaya pr usme apne khi baat hai ya nhi pata ni usme likhha hai k.few gland(15%) appear cystically dilated...stroma appears compact with few edematous areas seen .
No granuloma /endometritis/ hyperplasia seen..
No evidence of malignancy seen
Iska kiya matlab hota ma'am..aur isse pehle baby planning k liye bht vitamin tablets infection k bhi liye hai kabhi iron k sath calcium kabhi antibiotics uticef abhi bhi beriton thiamine b 1 aur calcium folic mixed iron bhi le rahi isse pehle torch infection bhi positive tha jab baby abortion hua curretage k 1 mnth baad mene torch infection ki dabai li thi 5 days k liye bs ek hi time eh sab kuch bimar dikhai diya kya baby planning k liye jo dawa mene khayi uski wajah se bhi hyperplasia dikhai deta hai kiya plz batayiyena ma'am...mene abhi bhi baby planning k liye supliment le rhi
Doctor I really need your help..My mother is suffering from irregular periods from last 2 month..earlier also it happened so we did her D&C.. reports were normal and it was simple hyperlasia without atypia...after D&C also she is suffering from irregulat bleeding from last 1.5 month..Shud we wait or go for hysterctomy
