I just looked him up on a whim, amazed to see he’s still dedicated to his music. I started out with SRV then found Kenny Wayne…many years later Blue on black lived in my garage boom box and is what fueled my garage days working on my Camaro just south of Detroit. I lost it and my strat in a bad move. The way his music sounds keeps the good times alive during the bad ones. I’m glad I had them just for the memories of working on that car blasting his music and my air tools for the neighborhood 😂 Sadly I had to pick which guitar to take and I chose my acoustic…Strat is at a family member’s across the country still, I hope. Someday we will all be reunified.
