2. Concomitant ST depression > 1 mm in V1-3 (score 3).
3. Excessively discordant ST elevation > 5 mm in leads with negative QRS complex (score 2).

Shouldn't at 2:54 number two say negative QRS complex to match as they were listed before? They both say positive QRS complex. And it should say ST segment depression in v1-v3...
