Personal Development | Why is it increasingly important to have Range

The world we live in is changing at a rapid pace. Jobs become obsolete, new jobs arise. Bots and robots are doing more and more work for us. Should we be scared ? Can, or should we even try to stop this ? What could we do, to ensure that we prevail in this environment ?
This video offers my take on a possible answer to this question - that of building range in our personal and professional development.
