New York State Sexual Harassment Prevention Training Part 2: Case Studies English Subtitles
Every employer in New York State is required to provide employees with sexual harassment prevention training. The training must be interactive, meaning it requires some level of feedback by those being trained.
This video alone is NOT interactive. To be compliant with the training requirements, employees must also watch Part 1 or have additional training that meets or exceeds the State’s minimum standards. Employers must also ask questions of employees as part of the program; accommodate questions asked by employees, with answers provided in a timely manner; or require feedback from employees about the training and the materials presented.

I am in agreement to everything said in this video. I have been sexually harassed in the past on three different jobs and have reported each incident and proper action was taken by my employers.
I was once sexually harassed and didn't even know and I never reported so I'm glad I'm taking this exhibit thank you

What if an employee(s) is in a secret relationship with another co-worker in the employment place and it's treated as a hush, hush situation by co-workers and supervisor.
Also Police Should Be Involved In Th Harassment Investigation Because It’s Considered A Misdemeanor Or A Felony
Although David is wrong to suggest that Tatiana will get the position in exchange for sexual favors, I would question Tatiana's decision to agree to submit to his advances.
Sometimes seem like the boss can get away with things that because you know that is not true what you feel and what you believe in there is no right or wrong just reported if you feel uncomfortable
If you don't report it it would continue to go on and on and you just get caught up in sometime you just don't know what to do

What if the girl was the boss and she was sexually harassing the guy guess that wouldn't matter would it? Some of these things are ridiculous if you even suggest anything f***** up is what it is
If Tatiana had any sense of ethics, she would know better then to USE David just for advancement. So being a consenting party to the act there is no proof of harassment. If there is someone to blame, it's Tatiana because she USED him and strung him along until she needed him no longer.
You're victim blaming a hypothetical person on a sexual harassment training. Way to show why these trainings are necessary.
THE TRAINING WAS VERY SPOT-ON. IT FURTHER HELPED BRIONG ME UP TO CURRENT RULES, PRACTICES AND PUNISHMENT.
