All the info I found was confusing in this one point: 1) We apply for K1 and get it. 2) Partner comes to the US, and we get married. 3) Do I get to stay now and just apply for Permanent Residency and wait for it while in the US, or do I have to leave the US while I wait for my Perm. Resident permit?
Yes, after you get married, you apply for a change of status that will allow you to legally stay in the US while waiting for your green card.,at the same time you can also apply for work authorization. I believe the time frame is about 6 months. I think the green card is a bit long from 1-2 years. After you have your green card for a number of years, you can apply for citizenship.
The amount of racism I faced during interview is unforgettable and interviewer was Asian American and all my paper work was perfect she didn’t even ask me any questions she asked me purpose of travel I told her clearly she asked me how much money I make and what I do for living I given her answers and next thing she print and letter and told me visa application is being refused and she was also very rude

As far as i know you can stay there as long as you get to marry your fiancee/fiance within 3 months. I don't see why not..
yes, after you get married you gotta apply for an AOS in order to get the residence. And you can not leave the US, because K1 is single-entry visa.

Did they explain why you were refused? Perhaps maybe you had missing documentation or your answers did not match?
