    how many Nm can transmission safely handle?

      Face 530 around 700 pre face 650ish

      @@milendragomirov6499 thanks for the answer. Yet wikipedia says "the 6HP19 is rated at 400 N⋅m (295 lb⋅ft) of torque". Thats why I am afraid of doing Stage 1 to my 525d xDrive LCI. Or should I be not?

      @@mixo04 wait 6hp19 in LCI not sure about it you should be with 23/26 100%. And yet if you stage 1 one even 2 it's not a problem as long as you don't abuse it hard. I mean a lot of starts from stoplight or 4x4 drifts on dry weather. You are fine though I have the pre lci ZF and I am abuser I admit it 330k kms stage 3 on gears stage 2 motor and I am pushing it still fine 2 years already

      @@mixo04 the stock gearbox is meant to slip more cuz of comfort staged one reduces the slip but pushes a little bit more the torque converter.

      This 6HP21 holds around 650nm without slipping, you can do 6hp28 swap which holds over 1000nm torque and also shifts very quick just like 8HP.
