Please never go in a Tuk Tuk with your kids, they are not safe at all. And sorry to say, you'd be badly injured if met with an accident. Don't take the chance. There are many small cars with the basic seat belt systems you can get through Uber and Pickme, and they are the same price as Tuks

yes it has 3 wheels ,looks like its not balanced at all, but they dont face accidents typically

Bruh school kids are packed like 10 to a tuk tuk for the school run. Perfectly safe.
