Beautiful, thank you for posting. I have never been to Scotland, but this place will now be on my list. Something about it. It is just so peaceful, and being mild climate is a bonus.
Stunning no where on Earth more beautiful than Scotland...the Highlands from Glencoe upwards it's a kind of magic...and that little fish shop in Plockton fab just a tiny place but all the fish fresh and the whole village friendly all the time in the world
Beautiful summer, but what’s it like there the rest of the year? October gales? November sulky rain? December? January? Wet February and windy March? The oak trees don’t come into leaf till June. Three months of summer?
Yes very nice, but what they don't tell you is you got around 4 mile of very narrow road ( 2 cars cannot pass ) ok their is plenty of " passing spots " but if your between the two your in for a long reverse , if your 2 motor Holmes your in big trouble , that road by the looks of it was only meant for a horse and cart , time that road was up to standards
absolutely gorgeous!
Thank you so much!
I was there in 2014 as a solo traveller. In the next few weeks I'll be showing the area to my wife.
Hope you enjoy beautiful Scotland.
came across this video, it is my home village, was surprised to see myself rowing my father across the bay.
+john Finlayson Hope you enjoyed it John and its great to see who writes to you.
Was there few years ago on way to Applecross. Just stunning! Homesick for Scotland too.
How much did you get when you drowned him?

Probably my favourite West Highlands village - a joy in any weather.
