- A journey around the coast of Applecross in Scotland. Starting at Loch Kishorn, the road goes up Bealach-na-Ba (the pass of the cattle), down to the village of Applecross, and around the coast opposite Skye. At the northern end the road continues along Loch Torridon to the picturesque village of Shieldaig. This must be one of the most spectacular and scenic roads in the country.
Stayed there few years ago. Applecross Inn. Fantastic!

Great to see this place again,Stan. I worked up in Kishorn in 1981,and the memories came flooding back watching this. Maybe I'll get to go back there one day. Thank you !

I love Scotland but it's a 400mile trip from South Wales. As for the Six that don't like this video they probably prefer Two weeks in Spain. 😂👍

Brilliant video on a lovely clear day, lucky you, Stan...I covered this route myself back in August, but drizzle and some heavy rain kinda spoiled it, so great to see it at its best, the video really is so professional looking and audio blends in well, Having watched a few clips of other videos, this is the Best by far!!!...thanks for posting.
Nice video - I have ridden motorcycles up there from my home just west of London and it is a different world. Wish I could be there instead of here during this Lockdown situation - but then again the climate is a lot milder down south ! Hope things improve so I can ride there again soon as the destination makes the ride up from here via Cumbria into a bit of an odyssey only spoiled by having to return.

I loved the programme with Monty Hall that i saw in Australia about the series that he filmed there , and stayed in the Beachcomber cottage for about 6 months , well worth looking up folks it may be on youtube still .
Remember watching that too. Where he joined the annual village fete. Need to look it up again myself.
He never caught any of the fish from the lochs he was fishing, it was a friend of my father who caught them from a different loch and gave them to him.
There was a lot of lies told by Monty in that series, just some insider info.

you spoiled the video stan with that music i had to turn the sound down iam sure you could have found a more suitible score than this you should try skippinish music stan that would be mor appropriate than this its dreadfull
