Buddy was seriously mistreated as a child and into early adulthood by a parent, planting the devil's seeds of self doubt, making loving himself almost impossible. It didn't help he fought to prove he was a man's man because he was a dancer Some fight these demons and may be able to lock the demon away for long periods of time, which he admirably did a good deal of the time. Some believe it was the alcohol and smoking that killed him.... but I can't help but instinctively know, his demons were the root cause. How do I know? I've lived my own version of this scenario... Self expressive folk who dare to be different always are ridiculed as they grow up but we feel an overwhelming passion, love, need to continue. So happy he pushed all artistic boundaries and lived his life, Full Out! 💚💜♥️
He was obviously a great guy. Girls wanted to be with him for good reason, guys wanted to hang around for a beer with this chill guy. One of the few artist where you cant really say if he was a singing actor or an acting singer as he has been so multi-talented. Rip Dude.
He was the most awesome human being and one of the most humble & his love for his wife is one in million especially in Hollywood. He has a beautiful sense of humor too. I have admired & loved him since North & South. I miss him dearly
