  • Engine pulley alignment....😀 Having fun with this 454 Big Block Chevy performance Build and
we are working on the engine outer accessories needed for its first start on a engine run in stand we will build here at the Shop....(Can't wait) On new builds with all new parts trying to work together there are always some adjusting and massaging you have to do.... Watch and injoy
as we machine out a water pump shim to get these pulleys to align, then get them installed on the
    Engine...

When you hit 6k rpm you will know if it’s straight or not! Ask me how I know. Nice heads!

Thank you for this, guess Ill need to make a spacer for my crank pulley as its the one in too far in, which puzzles me as they are the same pulleys going on a new engine block of the same size??

What water pump did you use ? I need a short pump that fits the same front cover.

Hi Rick... Sorry it seems like it's taking a long time.... But this is really the time it's taking to finish this project...
Please understand youtube is just a hobby of mine right now, no income is made here, so all costs of parts and time for making videos have to be taken out of whatever time and money is left over after living life....
We appreciate you watching and having patience with us as we finish out this fun project.... And we are looking forward to hearing it run ourselves!!
