Fuel pre-heater delete

If you have a fuel leak from above your fuel filter, chances are the seal on this pre heater is shot. Either replace the seal or do as I did and delete it all together. It's really pointless and serves no real purpose other than to "help with emissions" so, here's how to get it off.
