Similar to one of your early creations! I liked those because no power tools used: you 2000 glued, stapled, zip tied, cemented, used rocks for weight, etc.

That would make an awesome coffee or side table.
You can seal the end of that pipe and add some sand. Some concrete, or aquarium gravel would work too. It will be more stable.

I remember this one. I tried it a while ago and it turned out ok because I had a floor lamp I bought from Walmart for $10 and simply added the crystal coated Christmas boxes, but I also bought a pvc pipe and sprayed it silver , placed the boxes over it. Turned out great. Thank you!
