Man I remember Lincoln housing. I grew up there while my Dad was in the Navy. Almost 20 years later, now I'M in the Navy. I've yet to be stationed in San Diego, but if it happens, I'll definitely take a ride down here for nostalgia.

When going through prototype in Charleston, SC back in '96 the nearby Airforce base was refurbishing it's base housing so they put the residents into the Navy's base housing. They considered the Navy's housing so substandard that they got full housing allowance while there.
That’s why everyone hates Air Force pukes. They are snob pusscies.

Another con about military housing is, that if you and your spouse are having an argument or even a fight, whichever one of you is the service member, you are the one who gets arrested by military police. Also, if your in military housing, your place can be inspected and searched without your permission or knowledge at any given time.

Shop around. I had a two bedroom two bath apartment outside Camp Pendleton in San Diego. I was still banking money. This was in 2007 to 2009. I like leaving work at work. Getting judged all the time is too much. If you’ve got 3+ kids, go for base housing. They will hook you up.
Darin Walker now a days a one bedroom runs you around 1600 for a decent spot. But your right if you have a big family you mine as well stay in housing you will save money.

Thanks for the info man. I was waiting someone to post a most recent military housing video. Me and my family are getting there in November and wasn’t sure if we wanted to go for housing or not. But your video defining help me decide to stay with military housing especially because of the money back. We trying to look for a place like that for that same price. What area is that?

I thought military housing was little more updated than this?! I would like to move in military housing with my partner and our pets. I already love in a house. How would that work out? Would I have to get rid of it. I have a lot of questions. This video was eye opening.
Yes military housing are updated it just depends where you go but I seen some that looked worst then this. You could sell your house or rent it out when you join the military.
Military housing is safer, because getting court-martialed & spending time in a military prison is a really nasty consequence. If you're in the military, you won't get just a slap on the wrist, you'll get reamed, even for relatively minor crimes.
And dependents that are making trouble will absolutely screw up their sponsor's military career big time, so sponsors have a serious interest in keeping their dependents in line.

The Official Dave Harris I will make sure to let you know once it’s set-up. I could always use some recommendations on what kind of camera to use for Vlogging. And I don’t know how long you guys have been here but you sound like my husband about when he comes home he wants to like not make everything “military”. He loves what he does for work and takes pride in that but he likes to check out of military life at times if that makes sense. Also I just wanted to note that in San Diego there are some housing with washer/dryer and microwaves included. Village at Serra Mesa, Village at NTC and a few others I can’t remember them all but the ones I listed do have them available but only downside to that is they take full BAH. My husband and I lived at Village at Serra Mesa when we first got orders to San Diego because for what his BAH was and the quality of the house it was worth it to us. But when he got to E5 he was getting more for his BAH so we moved to Chollas to downsize but to pocket the extra BAH to prepare us for buying a house next year. We may have to do a collaboration video but keep in touch. If you and your wife ever need help with places to go or things to do or looking for childcare so you guys can have date night please don’t hesitate to reach out. I can also give you information for the community group pages on Facebook to network and meet people within the neighborhood!

No you have to provide your own furniture.

Abraham Torres I thought the same thing too but no some places will only take a certain amount not all. When buying a house it all depends on the house and your realtor. Shouldn’t be a long process.
Once out of basic and A school my family is planning on moving in with me. I understand I'll have to sale my home but what about everything else. Does the military help you move your other things ? Or would I just have to sale everything?
S.R. I’m really not too sure that’s something to ask your recruiter. The navy will pay to move your household goods but idk if that first move counts.

What is the waiting period like? Did you have to wait a while before getting the house? Do they take all of your bah?
Brian we didn’t have to wait at all to move in here. Every housing had a different waiting list you just have to check on the website and find out.
Brian I’ve seen 2 months, 6 months and even a year wait.

No it’s no there’s no housing for single sailors you have to have a dependent. You will have to rent a apartment out in town or buy a house.

And I have a coworker who said that he was able to leave his car on base during deployment. Basically, if we don’t have an off base apartment we have no where to stay ?
Antonisha Lewis so for single sailors E4 and below you either live on the ship or in the barracks. You can live out in town with a roommate or alone but you will have to pay out of pocket. You can live in your car if you like but it’s going to suck.

This housing is temporary until a place of asylum is provided for our longer survival. We don't want to die out of poverty in America as Americans from royal bloodline of heritage. I am beginning to believe and think that the nearest AFB of where I am, has the highest level of heist for its absence of move to rescue us. The AFB absence of move strongly suggests that our name will soon be deleted from the lists or database of the living from AFB for someone else to be in our names in their persona, so I am turning on US Navy to make a move for our rescue out of homelessness or temporary accomodation somewhere else.
We must be secured under one roof as soon as possible to remove kokua as payment of and for EBT usage. We are not supposed to pay, but since we are not active at the nearest military installation of AFB, our food through EBT purchases are re posted to the State Dept. DHS database once it is sanitanized from the computer, and this is the basis for our ambulance captured and cop arrest. The reason why it is re posted is because the women who have become me or have been Irene Imanil of is Irene Imanil again want me captured, arrested or even dead, and I don't see the bowdlerized amount.

There are de-commissioned airmen who want to be me and/or my brothers to ensure they kill us. These de-commissioned airmen interpretation is grossly wrong. One of them is Daniel Buckley who think he can just walk in at the Imanil-Galvez house and pick up someone, my nephew, or to give a command. Block Daniel Buckley for his effort to be us and to kill us. We don't want to die.

Playgirl Vannah yes the navy paid for my braces 100% you just have to be on shore duty for a minimum of 2 years. You get deployed with braces Because there are no orthodontist on the ship.

Mickayla janene if you have a baby you can move in right away. The only thing that will hold you back if the housing has a waiting list. You can not move in if you don’t have any dependents.

travis dedeaux ive heard mostly from a lot of different officers and veterans that its a good job and youll have fun and some of the best kind of people have that job but sometimes it can be long hours and i also heard you move up faster in rate which is good for more pay

Black I’m not to sure, but they won’t know who’s living with you if you was to have a babysitter that lives there, but I would ask just in case.

The Official Dave Harris we are family of 6 so we technically qualified for 5 bedrooms but the waiting list is too long. We just went with housing that game us the most living space and 4 bedrooms.

No Name you can get BAH if you have a dependent weather it’s a child or a spouse or if you make E5 you can get BAH.

I am Irene Imanil in need of housing with my name and my brother with guns to defend us, from the lineage of King Philip, II and Gaudencio Laca and not some shelter in HI. That long time occupant of Ala Moana Tower building with access to Hickam key rooms began to distribute my real estate to his generations and women leaving me sleeping on the streets. He was given command by higher ups in WA, but he ignored that he incurred death of his own children.
He is engaged in killing in HI and his accomplice is his HPD son who killed Orlando Ferrer Imanil generations in HI. He can justify his action and make excuses, but he didn't move to military activate me at the nearest airbase, and that absence of move is a strong indication that he has heist of me, my siblings, nieces, and nephews as a military man, and he succeeded when I incurred death of my own? I want him dead.
Clearly, someone from Justice Department, FBI, court, and even I want to see him dead. These various government agencies are below my name, yet this long time Ala Moana Tower building occupant without paying rent, water, electricity, and out of Irene Imanil bloodline take matters for granted to ensure he reigns within the state government and has a command of and at Hickam. This man ought of go. He tries every effort to block me from pre paid cell phone load, to block deposit of my EBT so I'll starve.
This man spent years with Jonathan Imanil in a room while his homeless women and children remain in the park, until they grew and now part of a criminal network in HI.
Send a especial forces from another airbase to kill him. These especial forces must leave their wives and children secured with the airbase home to ensure command is successful. If and when the command failed, the significant others serve as ransom. This is to ensure that chain for command or at least a command works. The reason it has to work is because heads of other countries have been asking for the generations of Orlando Ferrer Imanil and Norma Laca, to ensure special interest of America outside America remains viable, and to evade detection of US activities by UN. This man is trying to pave the way for his children to be the commander of Hickam someday using our wealth that he stole from us, so he is a superblock to us.

You either have to be married or have kids as long as you have dependents you can live in military housing.

Peter J I guess because it’s like having tour own house. Idk if it’s like this at every military housing but the ones I’ve been to was like this. If your a single sailor living in the barracks they provide washers and dryers.

RedPill Sailor you have to E5 to get paid BAH to live out in town. Unless you want to pay out of pocket then you could be any rank. If you are married or have kids then you could get BAH to live out in town at any rank. Does that make sense?

I don’t believe you need to be an E5 or above to receive BAH. Am I incorrect? I just did some research and found the dollar amount for BAH for all ranks. Great video.
