A big thank to you sir. You have done a great job. Tomorrow is my exam and this question is going to be one of the most important question of the paper. A grateful thanks to you
i had a view that destruction is an easy process.....but working on such a humongous eqution at 11:32 ....destroying it down to a sweet little equation at 21:42 increased tremendous entropy............great Video >>>>keep going
Something he did not explain is why V = V*, i.e. why the potential is real. The first argument for this from my understanding is that the Hamiltonian H is no longer Hermitian as H* = T* + V* and if we write V = Va + i Vb => H* = T + Va -iVb. Put in a publication by Spiros Konstantogiannis: " The anti-Hermitian term of the Hamiltonian, i.e. the imaginary part of the potential, destroys the time-independence of the state-vector norm, which becomes time-dependent, in general. - The total probability, which is equal to the square of the state-vector norm, is also time-dependent, and thus it is not conserved, in general. - The continuity equation, which, in position space, expresses the time derivative of the probability to find the particle in an arbitrary closed region, i.e. in a region with a closed surface as its boundary, contains an extra term, which is proportional to the imaginary part of the potential. - The integral of the extra term in the whole space is equal to the time derivative of the total probability. Thus, the extra term expresses the time derivative of the local probability creation or annihilation which, as we show, behaves exponentially (exponential growth or decay)". I.e. we get stuff such a particle creation and annihilation which are outside the field of classical quantum mechanics.

This is so good.
You have no idea how much I needed this video

THANKS for helping me out ☺
+Saptaki Debnath You are welcome :)
Thanks for this great solution.

like-minded
Helped a lot to build the concept 😁
thank you so much, your clear step by step process helped me derive it in 3d for my hw.
This was really understandable one. Rather than ma profossers thought the same in 2 hrs.😂
Watching it after your latest video uploaded on 19th dec,2021
You r so smart and very good teacher . My ideal sir ❤️❤️🥰
Excellent video
Thanks sir✨
you are a hero sir.
Thank you so much 🌻
Sir please make a playlist for quantum mechanics please
Sir agar hum jo lasr eqaution nikli ha agar is ka square ly to kiya aya ga
Good Teacher!!!
Thank u so much sir...
Thank you so much .............
Green's 2nd theorem???
Thank you sir!
Very very thanks sir
Thanks bro
Pack your chalk and duster and move to the smart board forever,,,,kyuki bht awaj aarhi thi chalk ki,,,,lekin thankew sir
Thank you sir
But how can u cancel V sie(*) and sie(*)V as V is an operator...????
tanushree mahato V is not an operator here. It represents potential energy..
P cap is operator
Multiplicative operaors behave just like numbers.
V is being multiplied...
V is a real value, so:
VΨ* = ψ*V
Sir, I want griffith criterion derivation
Thanks
From 16: 32 I can't understand please explain me from this
