Welcomed to the mind-blowing world of Lovebites. These women are so talented, skillful and great musicians. They really shine in their live performances.
YESS finally LOVEBITES!! Thanks for reacting to this awesome band, they're really extraordinary in terms of individual skills and they can combine what they all have into amazing songs. Yes it is their usual setup, means they always play in beautiful white dress both in their MVs and their live performances. And they're equally great (if not better) live too!! Please react to Holy War from their 2020 live, you will see how amazing LOVEBITES is. Cheers!! 🤘🏼🤘🏼
Great reaction. In the Netherlands it snows. LoveBites is a badass metalband with five beautiful ladys playing metal in white dresses. Live they are amazing. Always great lyrics and music. My favorite band at this moment. ‘Holy war” at zepp divercity tokyo 2020 is a great example of their live shows. Thank you for this reaction.
Hi! Lovebites is a Metal band, this song specifically is a "power metal" type of song with the really fast tempo and epic feeling! They always dress like this in white and gold instead of the black that is typical in metal. They do so because they want to send out positive vibes as you can see in their lyrics and also because they are small ladies and the white helps them stand out on stage too. Please check out "Edge of the World" Live 2020, it is not a full on power metal song, it is a different side of Lovebites in a more progressive type of song, i think you will really like it! Thank you for checking them out, they are an amazing band!
Greatest female metal band ever! Even better than almost all male bands too! Amazing performance. Please do more Lovebites. Holy War, When Destinies Align, Edge of the World would all be good choices.
Our five Heavy Metal Princesses were sent to bring us out of the darkness with their special positive brand of Power Metal, Thrash Metal and traditional Heavy Metal. Asami (lead vocals) was an RnB singer and trained ballet dancer before she joined the band. Miho (Bass, my future wife 😍) and Haruna (Drums) were in a band called Destrose, which spawned several other all-female Metal bands when they split. up. On guitars you have Midori (blonde) and my favourite guitarist Miyako - who switched to guitar at 18, after 15 years of piano. She also writes the majority of their songs. Welcome to The Wolf Pack, Sabina! 🤘🐺💜 Can I suggest you and Henri react to: "Lovebites - Swan Song Live @Zepp DiverCity Tokyo 2020". I think Henri will fall hard for them too.
get ready to spend some time checking out the rest of what LOVEBITES has to offer. best band out there imo. do some live performances to see them excel. you have only begun
These ladies are great, every single one of them so freakin' talented; and a very uplifting song in my opinion! I'd recommend Lovebites - "Holy War" live at Zepp DiverCity Tokyo 2020 next :) Weather isn't much better here in southern Germany either … stormy and rainy today.
I'm following you on your first time *Dimash's* reaction, and now I'm following you on my favourite Japanese Band which is *Lovebites* 🤘🏻🌝 thank you for always bring the good point on your reaction!
The best thing is, they are exactly that good live! I had the pleasure of watching them in Wacken, they left the crowd stunned by their skill and speed!
Finally you check out Lovebites. What a beautiful reaction. Love it. Thank you so much. I knew this maybe is something new for you. Because not many woman like them. Specially playing some genre music Power metal. Yes, they playing metal. Heavy, power, thrash, melodic, speed, and skill. But they prove woman can playing this genre so epic too. Even more better from some metal man out there. Hope you still want check out them again. Try "Edge of the world" from they live concert. They more better too in live performance. And I'm sorry if my English is bad. I'm from Indonesia 🇮🇩. And I'm still learning. Once again big thanks for you.🙏
Great reaction ! You comments are on point. which I appreciate. Lovebites is one of the best heavy metal bands in the world and I hope you would continue to do reaction on them .
I have listened to every album by Lovebites since finding out about them and there are no bad songs they all rock from the thrash metal to the soft ballads and Miyako being a concert pianist adds to the excitement when they can be rocking and she jumps on the piano as in Swan Song which she starts off playing Chopin Revolutionary Etude Op 10 No 12 before the song also Swan Song she composed to go with the Chopin song also Miho the Founder and Bassist also writes songs On one song while Midori and Miyako are have a dueling guitars Asami the singer hops on the Piano and plays I think that was on "We The United" live. Co-Founder and Drummer Haruna is the best Drummer I know as far as speed and precision go they call her the nuclear reactor. Am so Happy you decided to react to them These women put many a professional men's bands to shame I am sure many are intimidated by how good they are.
The main chorus line is a quote from George Bensons song "The greatest Love of all" that is maybe better known from Whitney Houston. Else, from all those japanese bands i know so far i like Lovebites absolute the most. The others are all good, but none of their songs have catched me so far that i want to listen them more than once, while Lovebites i can hear or watch reactions to the whole day 🤩 Check out "Swan song with Chopin Etude as intro" to see also the amzing piano skills of Miyako. Also "Edge of the World, "Epilogue", "Empty Daydream" as songs that start a bit slower and show more of Asamis vocal qualities. And then the official video of "When destinies align" for cool visuals especially on the amazing guitar duett.
good reaction video, this song has beautiful lyrics if you enable CC / subtitles. It looks like Lovebites' profile has been written by someone else. So I would recommend their song called "Edge Of The World" or "Epilogue". Asami showed her vocal ability in the songs I mentioned above. Thanks
Thank you for the reaction of LoveBites. I love the reaction of your Koji Tamaki "ikanaide" "melody". I'm looking forward to the reaction of Love Bites again. Greetings from Japan.
You have several recommendations here already--one of the first ones a lot of reactors check out is "Holy War". Yes, we recognize a lot of what you said, and even just the stunned look on your face. The crazy thing is that there are dozens of good all-female and female-led rock, metal and punk bands in Japan, and they hit harder than almost any bands these days in the West. Don't know why that is, but it's a scene worth exploring.
LOVEBITES - Glory to the World lyrics: Everything around us will fall into dark When you keep on looking into the sadness Nobody in this world may ever be free My hearts will shiver and I can't take deep breath But rains will end, and nights will pass, griefs will purify The dawn will come and bring the light in this world Grace to my heart, Hallelujah I know you really care for me So I leave everything in your hands You'd walk with me all the way Learning to love yourself It is the greatest love of all Time will come where we feel the love and the reason to be me Standing in nowhere and searching for meanings A sleepless night haunting us like a shadow A blur in the future, the fear of unknown There will come a time where we can leave everything behind Breeze are running through the land and endless to the sky Together we will make it through this deep night Grace to my heart, Hallelujah I know you really care for me So I leave everything in your hands You'd walk with me all the way Learning to love yourself It is the greatest love of all Time will come where we feel the love and the reason to be me And rains will end, and nights will pass, griefs will purify The dawn will come and bring the light and lead us to a new world Grace to my heart, Hallelujah I know you really care for me So I leave everything in your hands You'd walk with me all the way Learning to love yourself It is the greatest love of all Wherever you go, this world that we breathe together, Nothing more precious ----- lyrics: asami music: midori & Mao arrangement: LOVEBITES (miho, haruna, midori, miyako, asami)
This video was recorded the 23 of december 2020 and the MV filmmaker thought they added some christmas flavour. Midori that wrote this song (the guitarist to the left with the ponytail) got some inspiration from visiting gospelchurches in USA and Asami the singer is a former R&B singer and writes the lyrics. Lovebites has normally very uplifting lyrics and for Japanese standard almost feministic and they are dressed in white 'couse they are small ladies and it is easier to see them on the stage! ;-)
Lovebites is probably one of the most talented bands in the world right now. They literally draw inspiration from power metal, NWOBHM (think Maiden and Priest) and thrash metal to make songs that are both technically complicated and insanely addictive. Most of their music is incredibly upbeat and talks a lot about self-reliance and hope in a time of despair.
Bravo Sabina , Lovebites the best female Japanese Power metal band of the world , other level of musicians , check out , When Destinies Align , Swan song , Miyako , Amazing pianist and guitarist , Amazing Lovebites , Amazing Dimash , greetings from Chile , God bless you .
just discovered them recently too, they are definitely very talented, and so far very entertaining too, look forward to seeing and hearing more of them, great reaction as always, keepem coming
Lovebites is, primarily, a power metal band. They're very good at what they do. Extraordinary musicians. I prefer lots of genres more than power metal, but if I'm in the mood for it, they're great.
This is about the 50th time i've listened to this song since it came out. The are just amazing, stunning, incredible musicians. Their concert from Zepp just before the pandemic closings was amazing. Almost any song would do, but I would recommend Holy War or Swan Song with the Chopin Etude for a sample of what they are capable of live.
You've just barely scratched the surface of what many are saying is one of the best (if not best) unapologetically heavy metal bands around right now. But you really need to see what they can do live - it will blow you away! Anything from the 2020 Zepp DiverCity "Five of a Kind" concert especially.
My opinion only but Lovebites is the cream of the Japanese metal crop... Listen to Baby Metal and Bandmaid then discover and get your freak on to the blazing musicianship and double lead guitars of Lovebites... thank you again for an insightful and entertaining reaction! Ciao! Btw, the band chooses to wear gowns in white and other light colors so they never blend in to the background... If you just want to rock the Hell out Lovebites is your band!
Wonderful reaction--I could see that you were quite moved by what you were seeing and hearing. I hope you'll do more of them, they deserve it. Some background: Other reviewers have described them as alien superheroes disguised as young women; angels sent to save us; princesses of metal; and angry bridesmaids(!). They have themselves said in interviews that part of their mission is to save heavy metal from darkness and obscurity. They were formed from the remnants of a legendary all-girl Japanese metal band called Destrose (yes, all-girl metal has been a thing in Japan since at least 1981). Miho (bass, chief metalhead and soul of the band) recruited her former bandmate Haruna (drums, 4'9" pocket nuke), and they went and found the two guitarists, Midori and Miyako, who were with other bands, and the whole group found Asami, the singer, who was doing soul and blues at the time. Miho and Miyako compose most of their music, but Midori has also been getting into the act, and Asami writes a lot of the lyrics. They have only been around for a little over 4 years. They studied all the great historical metal bands going back to Purple and Sabbath, through Maiden, Priest, Metallica, Slayer etc. and they pretty much aced it all. They toured with Dragonforce in 2019, and word from those in attendance is that next time around, it will be the ladies headlining. They have incorporated some of the best of each of those bands into their arsenal, and it seems clear they’re taking it to another level. They are often classed as "power-metal" but they do everything from soulful power ballads to white-hot insane thrash, and almost every song includes face-melting solos by Miyako and Midori. The two shredders are very different in style and tone. Midori (blonde ponytail) is the extrovert and speed demon; Miyako is the introvert, with the more soulful feel. Midori uses a cleaner tone, Miyako uses more distortion, pinch harmonics and pedal effects. The interplay makes their duets rich and dynamic. It doesn’t hurt that either one can smoke most of the shredders in the classic metal bands. (As another reactor said, "It seems criminal these two are allowed to be in the same band.") Miyako is also a concert-level classical pianist-she only picked up guitar when she was 18. They are amazing live. You should next check out “Holy War” live: "Holy War" Dual shred harmonies: ruclips.net/video/bgAxpEpEcno/видео.html You'll get lots of suggestions, just one thing: don't bother with Bloodstock footage, the quality is poor. Best to take suggestions with actual links. And alternate with other bands--the problem with listening to a lot of Lovebites is that you start to think the way they play is normal. It is not. Welcome to the Wolf-Pack!
Yup, great introduction info for Lovebites. However, I actually do like the Bloodstock footage. Yes, the sound is bad, but I love SEEING the princesses on-stage playing their asses off. So it's worth watching, just for the visuals. But yes, you can't judge them based on that footage, because the sound is bad. You can't even hear Miyako's guitar, which is so sad.
Wow, finally a true reaction from a real person who knows and sees real talent. It's quite obvious that you have just been bitten so I welcome you to The Wolfpack. Your facial expressions said it all and it was a joy to see this reaction through your eyes for the first time despite the fact that I have seen and heard this song over 100 times. Truly I too was in awe with your reaction and everything you said about our glorious girls are spot on, even the pop word you wrote because Asami the singer is not really a rock singer but an RnB blues singer. Yet, she is shinning like no other and yes the rest of the band are masters at what they do, as you continue down this path and journey in the world of Lovebites you will witness the diversity and how versatile they are in the many style and genres they pour out. Everything they do is all about uplifting and encouraging, really no darkness in their songs. Many wish to direct you towards Holy War but I say save it for later and go directly to a song that really showcases their complete talent a beautiful prog-rock song called Edge of the World ruclips.net/video/FGRxXCDtRFA/видео.html P.S. I just became a part of your family and subscribed, I will decide about patreon later to see where we go with Lovebites and not do too much of the mainstream garbage I just can't stand.
I’m so happy that you reacted to the band, and even happier that they left the impression I knew they would. You’ve joined a large and growing number of people who discovered Lovebites during Covid restrictions, myself included. My introduction was about 4 months ago and I was simply in awe. I’ve been listening to rock for over 40 years and the first few minutes of the first song I heard had me captivated. Everything about the band is positive. Their lyrics, their song structure, composition, arrangement and the members themselves. They genuinely enjoy what they do, and interact with their fan base as much as they can. They seem genuine friends as well as band mates too. I really think you should watch something from their live performances, especially the Zepp Diver City Tokyo gigs of 2019 and 2020 that are widely available online. You will see that there is an argument to be made that they are better live than in the studio. You will witness five young women enjoying performances, singing and playing with smiles on their faces, in a genre not known for that demeanour. They really are a breath of fresh air. I struggle to listen to any other music now I have found them, and grabbed every recording, either CD or DVD/BluRay that I could within weeks. Most reactors tend to get steered to “Holy War” from the Zepp Diver City 2020 gig as a first time introduction to the band live, but it too is very uptempo. That’s obviously not a criticism, but I think if you watched either “Edge of the World” (Zepp Diver City Tokyo 2020) or ‘Epilogue” (same venue, 2019) you get the double whammy of both their live talent and their versatility. Great reaction. But when I suggested that you should now try Lovebites I knew it would be 🙂
Great reaction. For more produced music videos from Lovebites please check out Shadowmaker and Winds of Transylvania. For Live performances there are a lot of great videos from the Zepp DiverCity concert in 2020. I like Break the Wall and Raise Some Hell.
Great reaction and comments!! You have a new suscriber. Please react to Holy War live, because these ladies are even better live. They are so talented and charismatic. Regarding the lyrics, the idea basically was to send a message of hope and love in this hard and dark times due to the pandemic. Cheers from México, stay safe!! 🤘🏻🐺❤
Thank you for your great reaction. Next “Hory War”(Live at Zepp Divercity Tokyo) please!Their Live performance is excellent! (I went to Osaka last Friday(APR, 2nd) to see their Live. It was speechless...)
You are very fortunate in seeing LOVEBITES LIVE! I hope to see them LIVE also, as soon as possible, may do some traveling from Oregon, USA to make that happen. Did it look like it was being video/audio recorded?
@dregeye Thank you for your comment. Yes, I was very lucky! Now (after APR, 5th) we can NOT see the Live show in Osaka. Locked-down again... In Live at Tokyo (MAR, 26th), it was filmed and recorded by many camera, so in near future Live DVD will be on sale!
@@eagle227 Thanks for your reply and that information confirming the filming in Tokyo. It is hard for me to imagine the experience of being present with LOVEBITES performing... they truly 'lift' me to a new 'level' of consciousness. A seriously phenomenal group of powerful individuals I welcome in my life!
Yeah it is a really good group, what really amazed me was that all the members are top tier musicians, to quote Belzeboss, Holly war and thunder vengeance rocked my socks off. If you are after all women band and you like 80-90 German heavy metal style, you could try Burning witches in hexen-hammer
Well, there are some more female band in Japan, like Bridear (though I miss Mitsuru and Misato), Doll$boxx, Cyntia, Aldious, Destrose / Fate Gear, Mary’s Blood, Girls Rock Band Kakumei, Trident, Scandal, (20 more bands I just forgot to mention)... Have fun.. :D
Japanese bands are generally well known for releasing superbly produced videos but Lovebites is best savoured live. Sample anything labelled 'Live at Zepp Divercity Tokyo 2020' Alternatively, videos labelled 'live from the abyss'
The image isnt a coincidence. None of the girls are above 160cm, with the drummer as the smallest with her 149. The White makes them stand out on the stage... Yeah.. as Band-maid they're also a great liveband! History: after another female metal band, Destrose in 2015 split up. The bassist Miho asked Haruna on drums if she wanted to form a new band. They by chance, stumbled upon Asami, who had her History from soul/r'nb and had no relationship to metal. They liked her voice and asked if she wanted to join the band as their vocalist. On guitar they got Midori and not at least Miyako who already was in a band. But worked as a 5th member. She was trained on piano from she was 3 and lay down the synth/piano on the tracks, while also being the maincomposer.
They do the Ninja theme in "When Destinies Align" as if inside they are Ninjas so strong and on the outside dressed like they are going to the prom ]:)
Up Tempo Rock Pop ? :) Its called "Power Metal", and though I am in and with Metal for over 30 years now, this is one of the most uplifting songs I have ever heard ! Not to mention, and dont let that sound now sexist, it really is NOT ment like this, but you would never expect this from those 5 beautiful young women. Especially from countries like Japan, China etc. , where women still dont really have much to say. Considering all the technology we have invented on our planet so far, we still havent come over this whole woman = 2nd class person thing. And its sad, very sad. Makes you wonder if we only advanced technological, but not towards each other. I also recently came across this band, and I knew bands like Band-Maid etc. and although they are also fantastic musicians, with their music I cant get warmed up. But never would I have expected to see that kind of melodic power from 5 little japanese women. Considering that their music & metal style is much more the classic UK metal, like Iron Maiden etc. and bands like that, I would have never seen that coming ! What I like about your reactions is that you let them play out, and afterwards talk about them. But, and thats rather unique, you put your thoughts in text form below the videos, while they are playing. So its not just watching someone watching a music video, and for sure not like thos that have to interrupt a million times the music with comments, but you give some extra to the whole reaction, but still let people enjoy the music, in case they havent seen it yet. Cudos for that. :) Their other songs are also awesome, a lot of them are live, and there you can see that Lovebites is not just one of those "look pretty" bands, but they can rock as much live, as in their videos. And thats important. Hope to see you react to more of their videos. Cheers from Germany.
The best heavy metal band in the world currently, by far. These women are a revelation. I hope you will continue your journey to their incredible music. Try their live stuff, they are even better!
Hi, Sabina! Now, you've been lovebitten. Welcome to the wolf pack. I'm pretty sure there are tons of recommendations down below. Take any of them. They are all good. Let me give you a couple of advice though. One, try live. Incredible but they are always better in live. Second, In the case you choose "Swan Song", You must play it with preceding Shopan Piano Etude together. They are one suite under the theme of death of heroes, dedication, sacrifice, honor and glory. If you play the suite, it starts and ends with epic piano solo, and you will know how they are incredibly talented. You have to see it with your own eyes and ears to believe it. May the wolves be with you. Forgot to tell you one more thing. Did you notice that the drummer the pocket dynamo spins her star cymbal at the beginning.
Good reaction. I like that you pay attention to the lyrics. The music is power metal. You should check them out live. I recommend holy war (from live at zepp diversity).
Dear Sabina, I like you put subtitle on the screen rather than trying to convey your impression while watching. It is very helpful for non-native English speakers like me.
A lot of Lovebites style are really calculated. They always dress in white and gold because in a dark stage is to see them. Also the use of "cute clothes" is something that´s have years. Another all female metal band from 2008 (still active) begin to use them years ago. Why?... because they are girls, they like cute clothes and is you are playing a very expensive equipment like custom guitars who cost easily about 400.000 / 500.000 so... why not dress also nice. Also another thing that i´m not really sure if it´s coincidence or deliberate. In Aldious you also have 2 guitars, one very quiet and another more uproarious (Yoshi and Toki) maybe in Lovebites they are using the same formula (also in Aldious the "quiet" one is also the composer of a lot of themes). Anyway, Japan have a lot of gilr´s bands, some as old as from the 80th (some still active). The great difference with Lovebites is that they use english in their lyrics to reach to the international market (an of course they are very talented)
Desrose was a metal band that broke up and it's former members went on to form new bands. The drummer and bassist founded Lovebites (name is from a Halestorm song, Love bites (so do I)); the guitarist and vocalist went to form Mary's Blood, and the guitarist is also now in Nemphila. All of these bands are equally talented - you should check out Nemphila's song Dissension to see some great vocal control. The star shaped symbol is a personal trademark for the drummer.
The members: Asami - vocals, lyrics, lately also songwriter Midori- guitar ( the blonde guitarist). She is doing the fast, chaotic solos. The composer of this song Miyako - guitar, piano, backing vocals, main composer. Classically trained pianist, started guitar when she was 18. Miho - bass guitar, lyrics, songwriter. The founder of the band Haruna - drums, co-founder
also, just so you know, the J-metal scene has nearly half of their bands being all girl. Check out Bridear, Aldious, BAND-MAID, Fate Gear, Nemophila and Trident also. I don't think they're quite as good as Lovebites but they're pretty damned amazing. There are a lot of bands that are also coed or all male too: Galneryus, Loudness, Ningen Isu, Gyze and Maximum the Hormone just to name some of the guys. Probably the best coed band right now is Unlucky Morpheus, although Gacharic Spin and Light Bringer is pretty balls-out awesome too.
"We need more women doing this!", uhm ... welcome to Japan where all female bands dominate the scene from soft rock to trash metal. You already seen Band-Maid who are the best Hard Rock band out there, now Lovebites who are the best Power Metal band also dubbed the Queens of Metal aka Wolf Pack who are in the top 5 Metal bands ever. Then you go into Nemophila, Scandal, Aldious, BabyMetal, Mary's Blood, Ghacaric Spin, Doll$box, Bridear, Trident, Passcode and another 30-40 of them. Many are active for a decade. More are popping these days due to global viewership in lieu of pandemic. There are also bands from around the world notably The Warning from Mexico and Rolling Quartz from South Korea. Now back to Lovebites, they are all multi-instrumentalist and Miyako (V shape guitar) plays piano/keyboards and in Burden of Times plays both keyboards and guitar simultaneously. As for Singer, since your title mentions Singer reacts, you are better off with Empty Daydream, Epilogue, Swan Song or their cover of Helloween - Eagle Fly Free to actually see her powerful vocals and some good backing vocals. Enjoy :)
Well as a Nightwish fanatic this is the other great band LIVE you have to experience. Formed in 2016 they were the 1st all female Japanese metal band to play Wacken and Bloodstock Festivals in Europe (2018), best new metal band (2018) and last album was nominated for Metal Album of the Year (2020). I will tell you the best intro for you would by Edge of the World LIVE (ruclips.net/video/FGRxXCDtRFA/видео.html), the piano intro, the weeping guitars and Asami's bluesy vocals transition several times into all the skill these insanely talented women have to offer. The Midori/Miyako guitarists are the most dynamic duo playing LIVE today and Asami (ex-ballerina and from a R & B/Jazz/Soul background who never sang a metal song till she auditioned for the band) get all the shine time but Miho/bass (founder) and the 4' 9' beast on drums Haruna drive this group from start to finish. Pick anything and you will see they play FLAWLESSLY and are always in search of perfection whether it is LIVE, Studio, MV or even Anime Theme. Petite models (4' 9" - 5' 2") who wear white dresses and high heels to be seen on stage but no plays Power, Speed, Thrash, Rock, Ballads and classical piano better.
They wearing high heels also on stage throughout the whole concert, only Haruna wears sneakers to operate the pedals of her drums. The cymbal in the shape of a five-pointed star is her trademark.
Fed video Sabina 😁 Jeg kan anbefale mine kammeraters band Unseen Faith relative nye single der hedder Downfall. Ikke den samme stil, men der er stadig noget power i 🤘🏻🤗
Hello, Sabina. Not only are Lovebites a power metal band, they are directely inspired by one of the founders of that subgenre, Helloween. See their version of Eagle Fly Free and the original for a perfect double feature!
In my humble opinion, the best metal band in the world! "learning to love yourself, it is the greatest love of all" some truth from Asami (vocalist) Nice reaction. I think they use the symbolics of christianity because it looks cool and nice, since only 1% are christians in Japan and most of them are foreigners. Of what I know they did this song to encourage their fans during this pandemic.

They are powerful, but don't try to put them in a box, because there is nothing they can't do. Welcome to LOVEBITES, you've been bitten.🤘
Thanks 😂❤️
Welcomed to the mind-blowing world of Lovebites. These women are so talented, skillful and great musicians. They really shine in their live performances.
Thanks 😍❤️
Thank you for checking them out, they are an amazing band!
as a singer myself, i’d recommend their song edge of the world. its focused on the vocals and its a BEAUTIFUL song- plus there are lyrics too
Thanks, noted 🤗
Yes! Edge of the World (live) is a vocal masterpiece

Chopin Revolutionary Etude Op 10 No 12 & Swan Song ruclips.net/video/n1BiurShqBM/видео.html there's the link to that
Greatest female metal band ever!
Can I suggest you and Henri react to:

These ladies are great, every single one of them so freakin' talented; and a very uplifting song in my opinion! I'd recommend Lovebites - "Holy War" live at Zepp DiverCity Tokyo 2020 next :)
Weather isn't much better here in southern Germany either … stormy and rainy today.
I'm following you on your first time *Dimash's* reaction, and now I'm following you on my favourite Japanese Band which is *Lovebites* 🤘🏻🌝
thank you for always bring the good point on your reaction!
Glory Glory to Miyako and LOVEBITES and to all my brothers and sisters of The Wolf Pack everywhere. We shall rule the ruins under their command!
The main chorus line is a quote from George Bensons song "The greatest Love of all" that is maybe better known from Whitney Houston.
Else, from all those japanese bands i know so far i like Lovebites absolute the most. The others are all good, but none of their songs have catched me so far that i want to listen them more than once, while Lovebites i can hear or watch reactions to the whole day 🤩
Check out "Swan song with Chopin Etude as intro" to see also the amzing piano skills of Miyako.
Also "Edge of the World, "Epilogue", "Empty Daydream" as songs that start a bit slower and show more of Asamis vocal qualities. And then the official video of "When destinies align" for cool visuals especially on the amazing guitar duett.
Great reaction video. I envy your new journey into Lovebites. Your experiencing of my favorite band is something I am eager to witness. Good on you.
Thanks a lot 😍
good reaction video, this song has beautiful lyrics if you enable CC / subtitles. It looks like Lovebites' profile has been written by someone else. So I would recommend their song called "Edge Of The World" or "Epilogue". Asami showed her vocal ability in the songs I mentioned above.
Thanks
don't forget Swan Song
@@evilvolts this could be a loooooong list. 🙂
@@alekhidell yeah a ton of great songs live and videos
Yeah .. Swan song and also Empty Daydream
WELCOME TO POWER METAL. ENJOY THE RIDE.
LOVEBITES - Glory to the World lyrics:
Everything around us will fall into dark
When you keep on looking into the sadness
Nobody in this world may ever be free
My hearts will shiver and I can't take deep breath
But rains will end, and nights will pass, griefs will purify
The dawn will come and bring the light in this world
Grace to my heart, Hallelujah
I know you really care for me
So I leave everything in your hands
You'd walk with me all the way
Learning to love yourself
It is the greatest love of all
Time will come where we feel the love and the reason to be me
Standing in nowhere and searching for meanings
A sleepless night haunting us like a shadow
A blur in the future, the fear of unknown
There will come a time where we can leave everything behind
Breeze are running through the land and endless to the sky
Together we will make it through this deep night
Grace to my heart, Hallelujah
I know you really care for me
So I leave everything in your hands
You'd walk with me all the way
Learning to love yourself
It is the greatest love of all
Time will come where we feel the love and the reason to be me
And rains will end, and nights will pass, griefs will purify
The dawn will come and bring the light and lead us to a new world
Grace to my heart, Hallelujah
I know you really care for me
So I leave everything in your hands
You'd walk with me all the way
Learning to love yourself
It is the greatest love of all
Wherever you go, this world that we breathe together,
Nothing more precious

lyrics: asami
music: midori & Mao
arrangement: LOVEBITES (miho, haruna, midori, miyako, asami)
LOVEBITES is going to single-handedly convert the entire world to POWER-METAL! Hehehehehe! \m/
Miho Miho Miho!
Nice reaction...You have bitten...Welcome to the WOLFPACK...a LOVEBITES Journey...
Thanks 😂
Jesus yeeeeees more lovebites pls
oh yea that would be a perfect fit 😍
Wonderful reaction--I could see that you were quite moved by what you were seeing and hearing. I hope you'll do more of them, they deserve it. Some background:
Other reviewers have described them as alien superheroes disguised as young women; angels sent to save us; princesses of metal; and angry bridesmaids(!).
You should next check out “Holy War” live: "Holy War" Dual shred harmonies: ruclips.net/video/bgAxpEpEcno/видео.html
You'll get lots of suggestions, just one thing: don't bother with Bloodstock footage, the quality is poor.
🤘🖐😂
Many wish to direct you towards Holy War but I say save it for later and go directly to a song that really showcases their complete talent a beautiful prog-rock song called Edge of the World ruclips.net/video/FGRxXCDtRFA/видео.html
Wow is all i can say and in dresses rocking out you rock good one keep rocking hail USA
Have fun.. :D
Power metal with Power Ladiess 🤘🏿🔥🤘🏿
Japanese bands are generally well known for releasing superbly produced videos but Lovebites is best savoured live.
Sample anything labelled 'Live at Zepp Divercity Tokyo 2020' Alternatively, videos labelled 'live from the abyss'
Watch them live at Zepp Diver City Tokyo 2020,
If you enjoyed this I really think your mind would be blown by a band called Unlucky Morpheus.
Think you would enjoy their live performances as with Band Maid to
Uhh noted 😍
react to "Holy War" live in Tokyo 2020 it's even better 🌹💜
Thanks 😍🔥 noted!
@@sabina1118 agreed. "Holy War" live in Tokyo or "Raise some hell" live in Tokyo are both incredible.
They are goddest especially on the stage..
But they like angels inside the Church..
She was trained on piano from she was 3 and lay down the synth/piano on the tracks, while also being the maincomposer.
hope to see you reacting to our dearest band Lovebites, they're a truly rabbit hole! and they're far better in live!
They do the Ninja theme in "When Destinies Align" as if inside they are Ninjas so strong and on the outside dressed like they are going to the prom ]:)
MIYAKO's costume is KUNOICHI (female ninja), but the rest of the members are samurai costumes.
They are Onna-Bugeisha japanese female warriors.
Lovebites - Shadowmaker
Their other songs are also awesome, a lot of them are live, and there you can see that Lovebites is not just one of those "look pretty" bands, but they can rock as much live, as in their videos.
You have to try 'Edge of the world' live version my dear, incredible vocal performance...
Orlando Bloom callled, he wants his coat back :)
Good reaction. I like that you pay attention to the lyrics. The music is power metal. You should check them out live. I recommend holy war (from live at zepp diversity).
Best band now. Love their lyrics. ❤❤❤
Dear Sabina,
I like you put subtitle on the screen rather than trying to convey your impression while watching.
Damn... Lovebites...sooo good 🔥🔥🔥👍
What Band-Maid is to rock, Lovebites is to Power Metal. They're both just crazy skilled in their given genre. Great job! 🤘🤘
You should have done more LOVEBITES. They have a lot more to offer.
The members:
Asami - vocals, lyrics, lately also songwriter
Midori- guitar ( the blonde guitarist). She is doing the fast, chaotic solos. The composer of this song
Miyako - guitar, piano, backing vocals, main composer. Classically trained pianist, started guitar when she was 18.
Miho - bass guitar, lyrics, songwriter. The founder of the band
Haruna - drums, co-founder
Wolfpack assemble.
🤘🤩🤘
Try "winds of transylvania", is a masterpiece.
Thanks 😍
also, just so you know, the J-metal scene has nearly half of their bands being all girl.
Female Rock band, BAND-MAID of course.
Female Metal band, absolutely LOVEBITES and Nemophila.
You could check out 'NEMOPHILA', different music, no real dress code.
Nice reaction ! And please react to another all female badass band “nemophila” and the song:《dissension》!🌸 🔥🙏
Loved the Disney style ending!
We need more women doing this?
> Japan is your answer ;)
Well yes we do but there are few people, men or women, who can do this to this level.
The star cymbal is a personal thing of the drummer. She is probably the best female power metal drummer in the history of the genre.
Enjoy :)
There are many girlsBAND in Japan.
In Japan, there are about 10 bands, about the same as this group.
Also they are wearing HIGH HEELS
Love it!!
They wearing high heels also on stage throughout the whole concert, only Haruna wears sneakers to operate the pedals of her drums. The cymbal in the shape of a five-pointed star is her trademark.
Im back with ya you rock bog fan thank you for your info your cool
you should see them live. also see the band unlucky morpheus with black pentagram.Ty
Fed video Sabina 😁 Jeg kan anbefale mine kammeraters band Unseen Faith relative nye single der hedder Downfall. Ikke den samme stil, men der er stadig noget power i 🤘🏻🤗
Welcome into the wolf pack!!
For lyrics, you could turn on the cc, they always have the lyrics on their music video
I did watch it with lyrics actually 😍
raise some hell🤘
you should try holy war
TELECiDE [Tied up Memories]
ANGRY FROG REBIRTH [2Step Syndrome]
CROSSFAITH [Catastrophe]
HELLO SLEEPWALKERS [Flying Saucer]
Believe me they are even better live!
My fav band from jpn, 🤟🤟🤟🙏👍
The man who appears at the beginning is an image of Christ.
Welcome to the world of Power Metal ;)
