I live in Waterbury too. It is definitely is a bad market up here. You have to either dead head to Jersey or find a partial out of here to help cover the cost of gas to get there. Do not go east to Massachusetts, Maine or Vermont, it’s a dead zone. You’ll find loads in Jersey but the toll roads kills your rates. Find a good load or half decent one to get you in those areas Mark told you about. Also the days of getting 90 days on your Authority then you’re golden is gone. The brokers today want 6 months to a year to sign up along with 1 or 2 road side inspections. Things are different today. Mark is giving you Sound advice, take it.
