    Just got back from Tasmania, had to go there for my cousin's wedding in Launceston. After that went to Scamander and up to St Helens then down to Hobart. The whole time on the east coast i was thinking i wish i had my boat here. Sweet boat ramp at Bicheno next to the lobster shack.

      @@rp3874 Not one! I've heard some complaints about newer models cracking but I haven't had any issues.

      From the website: Boat Weight: 1457kg. Motor Weight: Approx 275kg, 320l of fuel - 240kg. Plus equipment. Just need to chuck it on a weigh bridge to check!

      ​@@rp3874properly built plate boats do not crack and are much stronger than any fibreglass boat mine has had over 20 years of offshore fishing and no cracks and there won't be in the future either
