The man at 01:23 is Abe Sacks, always an honored guest at farbrengens. He wasn't religious but felt a deep connection to his Jewish roots and loved the atmosphere, so would come often. The Rebbe called him "my coach" (he was a basketball coach in NY).

I remember farbrengens at 770! I really miss the Rebbe, Zecher TZADIK L'vracha. He was truly a gadol hador. At least we have these videos as well as his sichos for posterity. Thank - you for sharing this memory with me. Yasher koach; may you go from strength to strength.

May the Tzadik blossom and flourish in his time,
And may there be an abundance of peace
So long as the moon endures.
And He will rule from sea to sea
    And from the river
To the ends of the earth.
The inhabitants of the wilderness shall bow before him,
And his enemies will lick the dust.

      B"H
Yofrach biyamo. Tzadik means the righteous people (plural) will flourish n the days of Moshiach/king shlomo
Also tziim means noblemen, not wilderness inhabitants
