This niggun is sung by the men prior to a wedding ceremony as the father's of the groom and bride escort the groom to the bride. He looks at her then covers her face with a veil. It is called The Badeken. After that wedding guests assemble for the wedding ceremony. This niggun is especially soul stirring.

Melody of Four Stanzas: Rabbi Schneur Zalman’s Niggun
A melody, niggun, composed by Rabbi Schneur Zalman of Liadi, the first Chabad rebbe. The song has four stanzas, corresponding to the four spiritual worlds, Atzilut, Beriah, Yetzirah, and Asiyah. Each stanza is intended to elevate the singer and listener to the next spiritual realm.
Due to its holiness, this special melody is sung only on special occasions and dates

During Chanuka I was playing Chanuka melodies. I had a picture in my mind of the Alter Rebbe and was concentrating on it . Suddenly His face was on the screen with the Rebbe’s tune playing. I was pondering that the souls of the righteous are with you when you think about them and when you listen to their music 🎶. Feel yourself connecting to the righteous and write & talk also. It’s a good time to repent & stenghten our connection to ♓️aSh-m . Then answeres come & it is the very best therapy & guidance. The same can occur with any connection. Focus

With all due respect to Chabad, this is Zlochever's niggun. Rabbi Yekhiel Michel of Zolothov (1726 - 25 Elul 5546/18 September 1786) is known as Maggid of Zlochov, one of the students of the Baal Shem Tov. Lived in Poland. Maybe the Chabad leader liked that nuggin, but in the title it is worth mentioning that this is "Zlochever's niggun".
This is not “Reb Michoel Zlochever’s Niggun”. This was composed by the Alter Rebbe. Search “Reb Michoel Zlochever’s Niggun” to hear it.
I've played this for all three of my children as babies to get them to sleep. It works wonderfully.
I put this video on and started reading- after a while, I wondered how long it's been and why it's not over. I just realized this is 30 minutes long! Not like I'm complaining. :)

This niggun is so holy. I heard it's played only on special occasions. It has 4 parts to it.
It has to be so. The nigoon is holly. So we should hear it in spesial Minutes. Like in weddings. In the time of the "hupa "

thats becuase when you hear this you have a specific image and the image is what puts so meaning, i mean the image of the rebbe zl' singing this by farbrengen and the whole atmosphere ande the rebbe that is what you feel with the music. i feel it too
