Depends on the individual
The beauty of calisthenics is that you have an enormous amount of exercises and as long as you are consistent and you are be able to progress, you will achieve your goals. This routine is one example of workout and Andrea just wanted to show some cool and maybe not common workout. It’s 100%valuable and this guy is incredible. Andrea sei il numero 1, ti seguo da prima dal 2017 e tu e Juri chechi siete i miei atleti preferiti. Grazie di esistere e dare carica e motivazione ❤
