Hi.. really cool video. How about the brand of your cnc machine, the software did you used for laser engraving, and the duty cycle? Last question, have you ever try to use Hydrogen Peroxide (H2O2) as solvent?
Hi, First of all thank you for your comment ! I use my ender 3 pro with a laser module (not really professional, but it do the job), to engrave PCBs As a software, I use the webpage which can be found in description. I have created it to convert DXF cutting file to Gcode directly usable by an ender 3 or other Gcode based machine. My laser has only 500mW of power, the laser is constantly powered (duty cycle : 100%). I have started to make PCB for not very long, I never try tu use Hydrogen Peroxyde for the moment, because iron perchloride works fine, but maybe I need to look at it to see if it has some benefits. I hope this helps ! (And I hope my english is good enough to understand)
Hey tahnbks for the video! I have got two questions for you how much power does laser do use ? Do you think this technique can be used for SMD components ?
Thank you for your comment ! I use a 500mW laser, it's enough to cut packaging tape I think this technique can be used for SMd components too, the precision is good enough but a good quality packagind tape is required to prevent small tracks from peeling off Hope this helps !
will this work if use kicad and the cnc 3018 pro ??
