62 landings at Heathrow Airport on runway 27L, filmed from Myrtle Avenue in 4K Ultra-HD. Couldn't have asked for a better day weather wise! 😍 And plenty of great traffic too - A350s, 787s, A380s, 767s, 777s, even a couple of cargo freighters too! 😆 I've added on screen flight information (flight duration, callsign, flight number and origin airport), aircraft identification (airline, aircraft type and registration), the actual local time of each arrival plus most ATC communications!🙌 If you enjoyed the video I would really appreciate a 'like' using the 👍 - thankyou very much! 🙏

I want to go to Myrtle Avenue for the first time, but someone said I have to check the runway alterations. Does anyone know how I can work out whether planes will be landing when I go?
There's a couple of things to watch out for. First of all they need to be on 27 operations, i.e arriving from an easterly direction. One of the two runways will be used for landings and the other for takeoffs, until 15:00, then they will switch. (During peak morning rush both runways may be used for landings at times) Which runway is used for landings until 15:00 will stay the same Monday-Sunday, then it will change the following week. So this week for example, they may use 27L for landings until 15:00, then 27R for landings from 15:00-00:00. But the following Monday they will use 27R for landings until 15:00, then 27L for landings from 15:00-00:00. Hope that makes sense! 😆 Thanks for watching. 👍
Recent sightings of military aircraft conducting surveillance and refueling near the Ukraine/Belarus borders have been intriguing. Notably, RAF aircraft from Mildenhall have been part of these activities. Speaking of travel, have you had the chance to visit any RAF bases lately? By the way, Express Parking makes airport visits a breeze - any experiences with that?
