  • Payhip will automatically set your shop page as the homepage on your Payhip website, however you may need to change the homepage to one of the custom pages you've created.
    In this tutorial I'll teach you how to change your website so that one of your custom pages becomes your home page.
    You can see an example of a custom page that is set as a homepage on my store: www.flourishhub.com.au

    Hi Melissa! Love your videos! I am planning to create my store using payhip. How do I connect my domain name to my payhip account?

    Hi, how were you able to create a drop-down menu like on your "canva templates" tab. Im trying to figure out how to do this for my digital deisgns and put them in categories such as christmas, halloween, and so on.

      Thanks so much for the question Kathy! I've created a quick video for you on this. I found it easier to talk you through it rather than write it out ☺️ The walkthrough is here: ruclips.net/video/ghoGGpvDP_8/видео.html

    do you know if we could create a landing page on payhip?meaning a noffer and an email input in order for the audience or customer to get the offer? I know we can make custom pages .

    • @fernandquill
      @fernandquill  3 месяца назад

      Hi, thanks for asking! Yes, you'll just create the landing page as a new custom page in Payhip, then embed your sign up forms in the page using the code block. Unfortunately, at this time, you can't disable headers and footers on individual pages which is typical of landing pages.

      @@fernandquill how do i find the url for the custom page?

    • @fernandquill
      @fernandquill  2 месяца назад

      @@SultriAccess You can find the URL by going into your page builder, open your custom page, click the cog/settings icon on the top of the left hand side menu, click page settings, then the window that pops up will show a section called URL. You'll find the full URL of that page there.

    what about homepage duplicate content? I mean your custom page and domain will have the same content. Google don't like that. Do you have any solution about that issue?

    • @fernandquill
      @fernandquill  7 месяцев назад +1

      This is exactly the same as any other website - Wordpress, Squarespace, Wix, Shopify - they all have this structure. You're just assigning one of the pages as a homepage, no duplication.

    What should I include in my website footer? I put down terms of service, privacy policy, FAQs, return policy, subscribe to newsletter, copyright notice, and social media icons. But it looks like I need more to include.

      Hey Tash, what you've mentioned is perfect! The only other thing would be a small logo, but it's not essential. Don't feel you have to fill it up - space is good!

    Hi Michelle! I really need help with removing the border around my product listing thumbnail or photo. I don't know how to get rid of it without affecting the header's color. I don't know why but they simultaneously change the color every time I change the font's header color. I want to have a clear or no border around my product photo listings like the one you have in your shop.
    PLEASE HELP!

      Fantastic! Glad it's sorted now. And great to know about the themes too! I remember being frustrated by something similar in my early Payhip store.
