St Francis Bay residents' decade-long wait for housing

Residents of Sea Vista in St Francis Bay, in the Eastern Cape, say they have waited for over 10 years for housing. The community, which consists of 10 informal settlements, was affected by severe flooding after the recent heavy rains. The Sea Vista residents have submitted a memorandum of demands to the municipality. Newzroom Afrika’s Siphosethu Booi has more.
