I achieved Golden God on the original Binding of Isaac and Platinum God on the Wrath of the Lamb DLC, so I'm excited to play Rebirth! THE BINDING OF ISAAC REBIRTH
When Isaac’s mother starts hearing the voice of God demanding a sacrifice be made to prove her faith, Isaac escapes into the basement facing droves of deranged enemies, lost brothers and sisters, his fears, and eventually his mother. The Binding of Isaac is a randomly generated action RPG shooter with heavy Rogue-like elements. Following Isaac on his journey players will find bizarre treasures that change Isaac’s form giving him super-human abilities and enabling him to fight off droves of mysterious creatures, discover secrets and fight his way to safety.

Jeeze, this character is straight up overpowered... A straight upgrade in every dept. except maybe range and the fact that you have to charge your shot removes a few options for your reaction time... but overall, the 1-hit KO on pretty much every enemy except for bosses plus the flying ability... this character is the obvious choice for any sort of future attempt at a speed run or getting basic achievements.
I disagree, the lack of range is the only downside but it is big, with a simply upgraded tear you can triple the range of the burst, and thus stopping the damage taken from touching enemies with your hearts that are hard to replenish compared to reg hearts.
Halen78 But the flying ability sorta counteracts the low range, allowing you to go (almost) everywhere on the screen. Also the powerful blast is good to start out with, because it allows you to easily grab stuffs early in the game.

The low range isn't counteracted, you are more mobile yet you still need to kiss your enemy to kill them.

Also, I think I like Azazel better than Eve, in character design. But Eve is just Emo Isaac.
I love when stuff comes full circle. I found you through your original Isaac series way back in the day!
Advice for you when playing as Azazel: Shot speed up and tears up cause your beam to charge faster.
All the cards are a bunch of references to Jojo and eventually, Persona 5.
