Did you ever figure out exactly what caused this? This just happened to me and now I’m like “somethings wrong w/ me gotta see a doctor” my anxiety makes me think the worst. But I was laying on my arm and my hand slightly fell asleep so I got up and then my fingers just moved on their own for at least 5 minutes.
