It’s not a hack tho there’s a setting where you can have the car drive on it’s own… all you do is hold down the right trigger, if you add the automatic abs it’ll break on its own too..

Dang this reminds me of the time I discovered you can ram into this wall in hot pursuit 2 which causes the car to backflip and land on it's bumper and get a infinite combo going until you reverse and hand back on all fours, instantly unlocking the McLaren

It’s an accessibility feature for people that might not be able to play normally like everyone else. Not an exploit not a bug, playground is doing everything they can to make sure anyone can play regardless of disabilities

@@runningman2968 it’s not exact, hypothetically yes you could make 10 mil doing this but with that many assists turned on you actually get less payout per race. So if making 10 mil with normal difficulty takes 50 races it would probably take closer to 200 with auto drive. Not including the money you get from wheelspins
@@runningman2968 its not a joke, but i think for the 10 mil youd have to do ~50 laps of goliath. With the best cars/tunes each lap takes 8-12 minutes. So lets say 10 minutes per lap. It would take about 8 hours.

My best friend who passed away used to do this on Gran Turrismo like 15 years ago. Would set a 24hr race before school with all the self driving settings on, and just leave it running with the controller button pressed down just like that. Massive amounts of points.

the old controller is objectivly better then your new one with the aftermarket Trigger. throttle control with the half or even quarter press can be great for slowing down on turns without going off throttle completely

I remember doing the same thing basically in Gran Turismo 3 with the speedway endurance race and using Escudo with a rubber band around the sticks and taping down the accelerator button. Made a ton of credits that way lol
My brother and I did this on gran turismo back in the day. We saved up money to get a bolt on turbo that got us like 500hp on a Mitsubishi. Then just did races on the big oval track and taped the accelerator down. It would scrape the wall the whole race and still win every time.

Controller hacks have been a thing for years now, used to be the only way you could pause an online game on the old cod zombies (bo1 etc) you'd have to wait until there was 1 zombie left and have all the windows boarded up and then wait for the zombie to time out and respawn, go to the window where it tries to get out and then jam a toothpick in the square button (not sure what Xbox or PC use) and then you could go to sleep or take a break (it will slap you still but not enough to down you)
Same thing as Gran Turismo 3 running a 24hr race in automated on 3x speed every night while you sleep then waking up and taking over for the finish in manual mode to get the full reward.

It's a "Hack" in the original definition of the work: a workaround. It clearly wasn't intended for people to AFK the game with a rubberband to bypass Acticraps grind pit.
If you're thinking of software/cheat injection/hardware modification, that was originally known as "Cracking"...you "hacked" a safe" by breaking the dial, you "cracked" it by exploiting the mechanism to make it open.

I remember doing this with Gran Turismo 3 endurance race on the high speed ring or whatever one it was, then go out and about or get some things done and make decent money from it.
B Spec Bob was driving for me 20 years ago in Gran Turismo 4.
And for anyone who doesn’t know this isn’t actually a glitch this is a part of the game. That will always be there it’s in the settings so don’t worry about wasting all ur time grinding. It will be here forever!

This is a similar exploit that was used in GT 3, 4 and 5, probably 6 and 7. In that version though, you load up one of the endurance events on a circle track and set it up so it rides the wall all the way around. Let it go over night, wake-up to a fat purse and a free car.

I've done this on Gran Turismo, when they added more cars to purchase, I used the lowest class car to race the highest class car in an endurance race, went to work, came back and obviously got obliterated, but second place still paid out like $6m for 12 hours of racing 😂

Well they have accessibility options where the game basically plays itself other than holding the trigger down for people with divisibility and such. It's a double edged sword though, because you can do stuff like this.
Man this trick is soo old, I use to do this on Gran Turismo for the endurance races
On the old school Gran Turismo game I think it was Gran Turismo 2 I used to do the oval track with the Suzuki escudo and had the gearing setup to in such a way that it would pull a wheelie and literally go about 800 miles an hour in straightaways...
I just changed the controls and tied both analog sticks up.and that was like autopilot for winning races.
And if you fine tuned it enough, you could fly! Sort of.

Oh this one exists since the day the game releases, even if they fix it the community finds ways to do it on other tracks.
this also works in Motorsport, the most hillarious glitch in motorsport though was the Le Mans straight glitch, you drive down the straight, hit the walls in a zigzag and at the end you pause, set the gear ration to max to increase top speed, reverse as far as you can and then witness Physics just leaving the universe, cause it launches you forward at like 600+ kph.
Who remembers one of the original online glitches on Need For Speed Underground where you use your hydraulics to bounce onto the freeway for a free roam?
You need automatic turning, automatic braking, and something to hold your gas pedal or button down. Have fun!

How do the Cinche gaming controller triggers work with racing games? Like for throttle and braking, is it all or nothing? Or can you ease in to it like a regular controller? Asking for Forza Motorsport 8
If your car is to fast it the assisted driving won’t be able to brake in some hairpin turns and get stuck so you have to keep an eye on it

A glitch is something that depends solely on an error in the software or the hardware running it that was not intended by developers. Putting a hair tie on your controller is not exploiting any errors in the game or controller, it's basically just another way of holding down the trigger.

The hack back in the day for me was playing Marvel vs Capcom 2 on the training level and leaving it on overnight so you'd come back to the max amount of experience points and you'd be able to purchase all of the extra characters, maps, and skins no problem.

You can lock the triggers on a pro controller with the three-stage hair trigger lock switch by holding down the trigger and pulling the switch, it locks on the back of the trigger then push the switch back to release. Your welcome.
