Here is the updated version of Message to Aragorn, with the correct pronunciation for "Dúnedain"!! I'm so glad I was finally able to update it and hope you enjoy it! Thank you to everyone who pointed out the correct pronunciation, in such a gracious manner!
In this piece Galadriel calls upon Elessar (Aragorn's elvish name) to remember the paths of the Dead and face his fears. I hope you enjoy the music as much as I enjoyed writing and arranging it.
Rights to the poetry belongs to the Tolkien Estate

I really love this. As a small child I used to try and put tolkeins poems to a tune and sing but I could never achieve something this beautiful even in my wildest dreams. This is gorgeous.
Tolkien would be proud of you. Thats simply beautiful.
B.N amen to that
Yes, he definitely would
I loved those opening sequences. Very strong unintentional ASMR

Your singing is achingly beautiful.
Anyone saying this song is extraordinarily beautiful truly take the words right out of my mouth. That is exactly how I would describe this. Thank you for recording this, it really made my day!

I always loved Tolkiens Poems and textes but with your melodies they are even more beautiful, you manage to capture the athmosphere and feeling in them so well it leaves me speechless and deeply touched hope you will do more
BEAUTIFUL, Yolanda!!!
This is so beautiful! Amazing work, I can't say how much I love your work. There is no words to describe it. No words, truely.
Lovely.
This is a work of art... truly amazing. Congratulations Yolanda, you are infusing with life the poetry of Tolkien. Now it has energy, which becomes emotion. Songs like this bring so much out of their simplicity. I just hope one day you can release a tab for this so i can play it on my Ukulele .
Yolanda Mott I need to say thank you so much for your work. I enjoy this kind of music and it's rare for me to relax. Your songs put my heart at ease almost instantly. Please keep this up. God bless you.
Amazing!! It is beautiful, and the only version of Galadriel's message I have seen.
Your work with Tolkien's poems is outstanding! 🌹
Such a beautiful voice and song! Hauntingly melancholy... It's in my "favorites" play list, so I can listen to it again and again. Thanks for sharing your talent with the world! ♥

Buralarda bir Türk?! Yalnız değilmişim.
Elessar, Elessar !
tis more fair than all the jewels of the earth
It's wonderful! ^^
Your voice is so beautiful! I love your videos! Was that a guitar, or something else?
You know the song is great when people in the comments aren't freaking out because you mispronounced Dúnedain =)
Skooma Joe Thanks for pointing that out! It's "Dyne", isn't it? My plan is to ultimately re-record all of my Tolkien songs someday, so I can fix any mistakes then. :) Thanks for listening!
Yolanda Mott that sounds awesome! You're music is extraordinarily beautiful! I can't stop listening to it. Oh and yes, it's pronounced Dún-eh-dine. It's ok, it can get confusing trying to figure out how to pronounce the words Tolkien invented. There are a few pages in the appendices in the back of the LotR that explain how to pronounce certain letters, than can be quite helpful =)
lanarah Larwenarenel Sandirn? Do you mean Sindarin? And oh, I didn't even know that about F making the sound of V at the end of words.
In Sindarin and Quenya, the D and T sounds aren't aspirated like those in English. They are hard as in Finnish :) However, your song is great! Thank you for your works :D
Skooma Joe lol
Gandalf really have a nice voice
This is awesome! Do you happen to have the guitar tabs for this song? its so beautiful!
How would you feel about providing the chords to this lovely composition? If I'm ever strong enough to lift my guitar again, I would love to cover this song on my channel (with your permission).
I'd be honored! Could I have your email address?
@@YolandaMottMusic Sure thing! I have a public channel email you can reach me at, it's skytrekkerstudios@gmail.com. Thank you so much!
😥
I'm not going to say about how you pronounced 'Dúnedain' wrong because you already know that, I'd just like to correct... it's 'where NOW are the Dúnedain'.
Sorry, I can't help nitpicking.
You should do the Hobbit's bath song
Or Sauron's curse (the rhyme of the ring)
Just for fun
There is no word, so i should stay quiet.
