This reminds me of my parents. My mom passed away 4 years ago and he was by her side until her very last breath. He asked her to marry him when she turned 18 on Christmas he said that was the best gift he ever got when she said yes. Even as they got older he would hold the door for her and they held hands everywhere they went. She was 73 . Thanks for the song

Then she reappeared in the 90s in her 40s with this album that had huge success at the time. There were 3 other hits on this album my favorite being “ it’s a little too late”. She kind of fell off the radar again after this album
