It may not be a classic but it was one of the first albums I bought myself so it'll always have a special place in my heart. Plus it has one of the best album covers of all time.

It embodies the entire sound you heard during that time. Kanye purposely did that. He said he wanted this album to be a time capsule to 2007. In 2007 all you heard was T Pain and Wayne and that’s why they are on the album. And then you knock Good Life? That sample is literally one of Kanye’s best. Absolutely fantastic production. The production on this album was extremely good. Also, this is the most consistent Kanye album IMO. Literally all hits and no misses except the 2 unpopular songs (drunk and hot girls, Barry bonds). Literally THIS is the Kanye album you can listen to front to back and not want to miss a single thing. Definitely a classic in my opinion. This album is why Kanye was on top in 2007.
@@marquirasheed 100% agree. Graduation is actually one Kanye's tightest albums sonically considering the era it came out in. I put it right up there with 808's and Heartbreak and MBDTF. I think the idea that Graduation isn't a classic is a very "White" opinion, and that may be controversial, but in my personal opinion, you need an appreciation of the culture and time period of hip hop in the early 2000s to understand why Graduation is a definite classic.
