So, if the FTC is enacting this rule to eliminate non-compete agreements in CA (despite the few exceptions), how will certain information that employers learned at these business stay confidential? Otherwise everyone would be going to businesses and taking their unique information and leaving to share the wealth at a place they get paid more. Do NDA's play a role in this?
