No, there isn't. Supreme Court justices have no control about who does or doesn't file amicus briefs with the Court. The filing of an amicus brief does not CREATE a conflict of interest mandating recusal of a justice. If it did, every conservative corporation would pay attorneys to figure out a way to file an amicus that created a conflict for a LIBERAL SCOTUS justice and forced his or her recusal. Playing dirty doesn't mean just bribing your "friends." Pulling the rug out from the other guy can be just as, if not more, effective. So, no, you can't do that with a stupid amicus brief.

There never has been trust. America has been corrupt since... well, pretty much forever. Hypocrisy is an American tradition. It was actually BECAUSE they were slaveowners that the founders were PARANOID about their own "liberty", which is why you'll find much of the speeches the founders gave use slavery imagery, that Britain was putting "shackles" on them or intended to "enslave" the colonies by putting a tiny tax on tea. Today we have 10x higher taxes with no real representation (bought and paid for by pharma/big biz), we have warrantless search and seizure, we have virtually everything they complained about x10, but it's okay as long as our government does it.
Honestly, America needs a national divorce so that both sides can stop using the two party system to hide all the corruption in the center. The elites love two party infighting because it allows them to pretend to be "moderates" in the middle by stealing trillions and using billions on lobbyists to keep the grift going. We haven't audited the Pentagon once. And TWICE now, the Pentagon has said "whoops, $2 trillion went missing, teehee!" like they just misplaced $2.3 trillion dollars.

Well just who advised him? ??Plus there should be another investigation into his wife Ginny who started a foundation and the same guy, crow donated 1 ½ million dollars to her foundation which pays her $190 thousand dollar salary every year, The whole thing is rotten and really needs to be exposed to our public...Keep up the good work!!!
