The self care talk was serendipitous for me today. Had a crazy night of reliving old drama that I thought was ancient history. I allowed myself to learn a valuable lesson in forgiveness and was reminded that you can't force other people to love themselves. I got very little sleep but I woke up feeling FREE. Like a new person. Needed some Smoky Mountain content to match my peaceful morning. I knew I could count on you guys for that! On a lighter note, do you know how much better the chicken is in the south than up here in the northeast? I can't wait to go back.

The food looks delicious! I love southern cooking - chicken liver is one of my favorites. I'm surprised that they only have 6 sides to pick from. No baked beans, potato salad, collar greens or macaroni salad? Hummm ... Thank you for the video
Thanks to you guys I am HOOKED on their shrimp po boy!!! We were just there Friday!!! We both said we should try the chicken, but I don't know if I could walk in there and ignore that Po Boy!!!! Love that you are emphasizing self care with your girls! As someone raised without that empashism, it can be a struggle to make it routine!
I never had Mama's Chicken but did have Joe and Pops subs awesome. The food looks wicked good and you can't go wrong for that price with the portions you got. Some people are not going to like certain places that you visit and rate, but you know what that's ok. Love watching you guys because spending time and making memories with your family is what's important.
Heck yeah. That's my kind of eating. But, I would have liked the mac and cheese to be baked in a pan with the cheese darkened on top. Other than that, it looked great. Thanks for sharing.

It can be anything you do for just you. It can be anything from journaling, skincare, taking a bubble bath, reading a book, exercise, yoga, walk, watching your favorite tv show, gardening, anything you like to do for enjoyment
I was interested to see how yall rated this. I was a little disappointed with the main restaurant when I had it last year. Sounds like I need to put this one back on the radar.
We tried this two weeks ago. What I found was that the chicken’s breading flavor was solid, but the texture of the breading was mushy, giving the impression that it had sat under a heat lamp for some time. Fried chicken should not arrive on your table 4 minutes after ordering it.
