A few things that actually helped to control my hairfall include: (1) I quit wearing hair ties because it causes tension damage. (2) I began massaging my hair and scalp 2 times a week with liitleextra cocoonnion hair oil while bending over & holding my head upside down to allow blood flow to the scalp. (3) Covering my head while moving out to protect my hair from pollution. (4) Using gentle shampoo again from liittleextra only to wash my hair.
Thanks. My hair fall is in control presently due to coco oonion hair oil and shampoo kit.

Aoa Abrar Bhai, being a Doctor myself, allow me to throw my diagnostic light on the issue,
As per my Understanding in this scenario, Hair loss and hair whitening are mainly due to stress and anxiety, p/s our body is adapted to the Asian environment so it kind of suffers through a shock on exposing itself to a whole new British atmosphere.
I think the best solution is to have a good diet, sleep well, and last but not least use Biotin tablets...

Baki sub theak ha but biotin is required when there is deficiency in body otherwise I think I won't help
@@aamirhussain4908 you are right brother. However, in my opinion, whenever our body gets through some shock, the body starts having trouble functioning and generating as it use to in the normal stage. The influx of these sorts of supps can complement that issue.

It's true, Cheema Sahib, this is a crucial subject to cover. According to studies, drinking hard water is generally good for one's health, there are number of studies, the amounts of calcium and magnesium in drinking is great for cardiovascular issues.
On another hand, Although, the onion oil smells awful, I would advise everyone to use an onion oil once a week as a regular habit because, in my personal experience, it works incredibly well plus biotin-tablets are miracle too.
