I really haven't bought new shoes in years. I keep my "vintage" ones in great condition. The only really new ones I got are by designer Anthony Wang. His collection features quite a few designs that are great for goths. (Jan Griffiths).

I've seen some with millions of views. They get free content and lots of attention for their page for doing no work at all. This is exactly what copyright infringement is. It's illegal. It's against your terms of service with FB and YT. And it's, make no mistake, incredibly selfish. I will continue to file takedown notices against any unauthorized posting of my work. Don't be that fucking jerk, OK? It's not that hard.
You could also watermark your vids, though I've had people re-upload them, watermark and all. At least you still get a little name recognition when somebody steals your video though.

I found a pair of "kitty face" TUK mary janes in a thrift store about 3 or 4 years ago and literally wore them til they fell apart after 2 years of owning them (which i regret so much, i loved them!!) and they're not even my usual style
Not sure why there were Lolita shoes included in this (the tea party and rocking horse shoes). Lolita is it's own thing, and other than maybe Visual kei (Malice Mizer), it doesn't have much of a music scene to it like Goth does. Lolita is mostly fashion-based, especially nowadays. There used to be some GOTHIC elements in Lolita in the 2000s, but as most Goths know, liking spooky things and bats doesn't automatically make you a Goth. The music does. Gothic Lolita does not equal Goth.
There are some western goths that wear their own version of gothic lolita, I remember It being a fad among goth girls in the mid to late 2000s, but I bet most western goth lolitas would've looked un-lolita to japanese lolitas, just as many gothic lolita outfits would've looked un-goth to western goths. There was some back and forth inspiration between both styles, but I agree, gothic Lolita Is not goth.
eh, i'd say there's a fair bit of overlap between people in goth fashion and people in lolita fashion. (plot twist - half of those goths into lolita are into sweet lolita 😁) and seriously, unless you're in a larger metropolitan area (or, like i am, a region full of colleges and anime dorks 😀) there are probably three girls in your lolita community, and one is your sister/cousin/friend who doesn't own any lolita and wears yours to meetups. which is the three of you at a table in a tearoom that opened when red hat ladies were a thing. we make do with what we've got, and if that's wearing your new co-ord to goth night at the local club because international lolita day is still three months away, so be it.
