Yes exactly sap has taken into account the self weight, in fact you will have noticed also that the shape of the bending moment is not triangular as you expected. Don't get puzzled, just watch the video in order to understand how you can display the bending moment, shear and so on. It is a good video. Cheers
Your analysis resutls are false. The support reaction should be 2.5 KN and max moment should be (2.5 x 5 = 12.5 KN) as per mannual calculation. The reason for this error in your sap2000 results is because of the load pattern and the dead load multiplyer. Please make a correction. The SFD you shown in this video is also false. Tip: Just don't follow sap2000 blindly, do manual calculations as well to cross-check.

Max moment comes equal to 12.5 KNm only if beam is mass less. So maybe SAP has considered the self weight of default chosen steel member.
