All roads lead to the reality that we are carnivores who also benefit from periodic cellulose consumption to feed the microbiota and to facilitate bowel emptying. If you eat a ton of meat, you'll get plenty of glycine and cysteine. If you inhabit the bottom of their pyramid and subsist mainly on grain, you'll live and die like all the pyramid-building slaves that came before. As we continue down this road, you'll see that spirituality and science merge. We're approaching that point. Gaining momentum. Keep preaching. Truths spread like viruses, only they do good instead of harm.

You need to do more research into the negative effects of NAC. There was a trial which showed it significantly reduces muscle regrowth and repair after exercise in you athletic males. I took it and it shut down my DOMS imflammatory pathway which means I could no longer get "the burn" and my body no longer healed itself. It was a downward spiral where i did major damage to my tendons. Thankfully I figured it out and stopped taking it. Within a week I had DOMS back, and I began the long road to recovery. Interestingly, the same thing happened last year when i started eating macadamia nuts.

If you can get glycine in an isotonic capable formula, it will be better. Most nutraceutical companies would typically add another type of magnesium, too. The best bet for you would be find a precursor that has a carrier that allows for cystine to enter the cell. They are safer options than NAC that succeeds stomach acids that then therefore allow for cysteine/cystine to get to the cells.

Incidentally, Dr. Wulf Droge was instrumental in bringing this therapy to market, which incorporates cytokine modulating, and redox tech. In fact, you will learn that he is the pioneer of redox tech.
