- How much should that bolt be torqued up to? - Yes. Jokes aside, this one looks easy - as long as you can get under the car with an engine support! Thanks for the vid!
thanks for showing, what did get me was there are several versions of the same part on the market, the link between the rubber blocks looks different. Some charge so little as Au$ 28 and others charge like a mad bull, the average was ~ Au$ 60.- and one wanted even Au$ 300.- After all the best deal was Au$ 42 / free delivery and it comes within two weeks from the UK. Yes, the UK for a french car on the road in Australia and nobody in Australia has this part in stock it seems or is willing to sell it. I gave up asking technical questions about this car here in Australia - still waiting for a fuse diagram / which fuse is for what function since 2013 - it's tragic!....I am still waiting after asking again twice for it. The Renault Handbook is showing a fuse box in the glove box. Oh yes there is one, but nothing is mentioned about the fuses located under the drawer of the passenger seat and the "mother of all fuse boxes" is in the engine compartment were one has to take the battery out to reach it! .......and now figure out with the battery disconnected what FUSE IS FOR WHAT FUNCTION? - there are no labels on it! Found out the most helpful info came from the Renault Forum out of the UK. The car, a Scenic Expression II dCi 1.9 Auto is brilliant, the back up service sucks so badly and living in the Outback driving a Renault is a risk that could cost lives. It's a very exotic car to have Down Under!
Bushes worn on my mount too been short of cash to replace it so I just squirted expanding foam in the areas between the rubber Bush and the aluminium ring that was 8 months ago and it's still fine Haha....
i put some cutted parts from old timing belt between the rubbers and secured it with a couple of zipties. I mean its just a rubber and new one is 40euros...
Update the foam has now failed lasted well though. Now i bought a glue gun and filled it with glue haha see how long that lasts theres a little more vibration than with the foam but nothing to shout home about lets see how long this lasts.... priced a new one up £95 are they serious it aint worth £20 proppa rip off. Oh and i forgot to mention in my first post when using the expanding foam take off the mount and clamp 2 small pieces of wood sheet on each side of the ring then drill a hole in it big enough for the straw on the expanding foam can youll get a better and firmer fit when the foam expands and it will last longer ok.....

@@richardnewey7593 Haha nice one. Hope it lasts just as long.
Glue failed already back to the drawing board or the expanding foam lol...
The easy way to find out if it's the one, put ur car in gear one into a bitting point, use acceleration and clutch ok,
Thanks, for quick and easy on a pit or some ramp, someone stays beneath the car while someone else what you said
What was the complaint? I have the same engine and I feel vibrations in the chassis at high rpm. Could it be this or the top mount next to suspension?
you have jack the car up and use a metal bar put pressure on it,its easy to see when it's gone
@@MKCYPHERFILMS Will try it. Thanks for replying.
