    I see that PHL has recently upgraded their tarmac. I remember reading somewhere that the airport wanted to expand the number of runways, but there was no available land. Looking from the window shots, I guess that means the adjoining land is owned by industries which would find moving to be costs prohibitive. I couldn't imagine a major airport is unable to make a deal with mere citizens.

    That doesn't make sense why does the video say it's published in October? Because Christmas Eve is in December not October. You know that.
