Top hats - delicious little chocolate cupcakes + channel announcement

Thanks for stopping by my kitchen! In this video I make little chocolate cupcakes called top hats. These cakes are from my childhood, in the 60s, in England. Does anyone else remember them? They are a small cupcake filled with buttercream made into the shape of a top hat. Delicious and very moreish.
~~ Ingredients ~~
• 4oz/100g soft butter
• 4oz/100g caster sugar
• 2 eggs
• 3½oz /90g self raising flour
• ½ oz/15g cocoa
• For the buttercream filling:
• 2oz/50g soft butter
• 4oz/100g icing sugar
• ½ oz 15g cocoa
