    3:10 I know exactly what you're talking about here, I've had the exact feeling in my head for the past 5-10 years. I use my PC way too much, sometimes literally all day gaming/youtube. I've been meditating on my breaks at work lately but I think I'm gona add some in straight after work like you do aswell.

      Nice! Yes more and more discipline has been coming into my life and I have to say it is quite wonderful. You get way more done, are at peace, and can enjoy things much better as well

    Bro is it okey to meditate 4,5,6 hours a day?

      It totally depends on your situation. It sounds excessive if you want to remain in the world but if you wanted to remove yourself and be a monk or something than it would be considered appropriate. It depends on your goals. If you wanted to live a normal life than that much meditation would likely be a form of escapism

      What if that is sometimes when you have a free time, for deep relaxation and insight....
      I mean be in the world but also meditate when there is time for that kind a long meditations..
      Is in that case okey, when it is not a form of escapism?
      When you use it in your free time, for insight, relaxation, regeneration.... Processing difficult emotions and that kind a stuff...
