- The Team gets called out to rescue a 4x4 Chevrolet Avalanche, with flat tires from a muddy off-road trail. We might get the the extreme off-road wrecker stuck trying to get this one out.
Not a fan of the new music 1/2 way through...too obstructive vs the natural sounds, i dont think you have ever had music before, Not always the best thing
I agree.
So much wrong with this off-road run I can't even know where to start. Basically in a nutshell COMPLETELY WRONG VEHICLE TO TAKE OFF ROADING. This Chevy is for grocery shopping and suburbinites rig. If I was obsessed with the idea of using it I would; Box the frame, go with either leafs all around or 4-link. Get it up about eight inches or so, 14 bolt or HO 72 Chevy rear with a Dana 60 front all eight bolt, Some 16.5 Super Swampers on 16.5 x12 bead locks, a 454 Summit crate motor ready to go and a sm 465 4-speed behind that with a np 205 behind that!!! Now you can think about going where you went and guaranteed --NO RECOVERY NEEDED!!!!!!!!!!!! Jim p.s great recovery work.
Hope they paid you good for Doing all this work
Thankyou Eric for a awesome new video. I love watching your videos. Can’t wait for part 2. Y’all all take care and be safe.
THEM TIRES WHERE NOT MADE FOR THEM TYPES OF RIMS ....PLUS NEEDS BEAD LOCKS
Old GMs put in work. New GMs are all plastic like Barbie. I'm surprised the Z71 owner wasn't wearing skinny jeans.
Do you charge these people?
I haven't ran agri tires like that but im assuming other than being tough they don't have the traction you need
Great video as usual
Ahhhh and here we go with the suspense again......
looking forward for # 2 video, keep them coming
Made my day seeing that you posted a video BSF Recovery Team!
I thought you got rid of the cables and put on ropes for the winches.
When you let it down, why didn't ya put a log or something under the frame toward the front, then let it down using the weight of the truck to pivot, raising the front up enough to change the tire, worst case scenario, you would have had to get a few people in the back of the Avalanche to raise it up enough.
It was more fun to drive the wrecker through the mud.
At least y'all's got Holmes trees to help redirect your pull!! All I have are 3 foot pieces of sucker rod and a sledgehammer. Drive em into the ground and snatch block off them..
noon is from Latin, it means 'nine' , and refers to the 9th hour after sunrise , or about three o'clock post meridian ...
Oh man oh man the suspense is killing me hahaha😁😁👍👍
Defintely a hold my beer moment
For someone living in a very flat country: please help me out in the colourcode of the trails. Nice. The straps on the steel wire. We used to possition vessels of max 200 yards in a drydock with 1 1/4 steel cables. When it snaped we where lucky enough not to get hit. I am on pension now. Thank you lord for the modern times. On other things, the past wasnt that bad.
when i was a wee lad we used to carry 3-ton rocks on our backs all day every day for 60 years , gad damned Pharoah

Flashing lights off road. Really?
Wait until you see the red Jeeps flashing lights...
Because there is no one else on the trails,,,,,,
Oh wait,,,,,,
it's about as good as flashing lights on road.

What do you have like four 20-minute videos on your whole Channel
More like 700 videos.
Great video! Are you going to stay with cable on boom winch or go back to synthetic?
Not sure yet

"This might be a stupid idea."
I'd buy that shirt.
I noticed in some of your recoverys you deal with a lot of mud. You therefore must have had a few "Muddy" nightmares in your sleep. 😂
Flip it on its roof and drag it like a tabogon
My first thought as well.
Seat cover is a badasd
My 2 bits says the wrecker heads for China almost immediately or possibly works its way in deeper and then can't drive out just downwards... 😁
I got to say it. He had 16.5 on that avalanche didn’t he?
Curious… what do you guys charge for a vehicle recovery?
No charge when we are at the event.
I was curious, are you still running synthetic winch line on your truck. Hows it holding up?
Synthetic snapped during a winter recovery
If that irst avalanche wouldn't have had drag slicks he might would've Mae it..lol
You can't mud very good with no tread on you're tires
