perfect timing with this and x1. hopefully lease prices are good. my lease is up in 2025 but I usually get calls for early buyout because of low mileage. so this releasing in march could be perfect to order if the numbers are right.

Inside it looks like a Citroen, at least nothing anyone ever saw or expected from a BMW. The front looks like the grill is missing after a car crash. Customers tell manufacturers over and over again that they want to have physical switches but they just ignore. As a driver of a previous X2 25d I can only say that BMW just doesn't understand why people loved that car.
I can’t help but feel sad due to what I see from BMW recently. I hope the neue klasse changes things for the better. Truly do. Although this is nothing but sad. They are starting to look better camouflaged.
@@bmwblog 2024 as a 2025 model? Or is production really expected by 2025? After the teaser of the SUV prototype in the promo video, would that mean that would be the first model or did I miss the prototype of the 3 series segment?

70k USD though? For a twin turbo inline 4… it’s a nice vehicle but I don’t see justification in the price. Might as well just buy an M2 if you’re looking for something sporty.
Designed by Daewoo, sold by BMW. My wife loves BMW and I have owned 3. Her first comment upon looking at it was “how cheap does it look”. Those rear taillights and single vent internal air con vent is nothing but cost cutting. BMW designers are a disgrace.
I'm not so sure that removing the iDrive controller is a good idea. wrt the exterior design, I'm not sure yet whether I like it or despise it more then I despise my ex-wife
Hope this doesnt rattle/tick on acceleration like all the M135i XD and 128ti are having issues with. The BMW issued wastegate actuator linkage fix didnt do anything at all. The B48 engine sucks!
The easiest way to make sense of this car and understand it is this: This is an X2M, but they are calling it an X2 M35i. It now has ALL features a true M vehicle has- drilled rotors, big brakes, tri-color M stitch steering wheel, M unique seats, the "frown" central air intake in the bumper design instead of the "smile" shape that typical M-Sport cars receive, Quad exhaust, and M Frozen paint.
Big brakes some M badges and a different steering wheel don't make up an M car but much more the M-performance line in which this falls. M cars are defined by their sunspension (subframe, different bushes, control arms, shocks), a clever LSD, wider arches to accomodate a wider track etc. all of which this car does not have. On the quad tail pipes I fully agree these should have been kept for proper M-cars but I guess a lot of BMW foundational principles have been thrown out of the window lately...
@jklmnop-543 The X2 is a FWD bias platform how would it even be possible to put in a B58. The B58 is a longitudinal engine designed for RWD bias chassis.

They should have kept the L shaped taillights and BMW logo on the C pillars
I liked the L-shape ones too
I like the L shaped tail lights these look more like a Mazda style
Im a sucker for Coupe designs, so no complaints from me.
This looks incredible
Good looking new X2 this looks very cool I want this one this particular color
The color is great! Frozen Tanzanite Blue

Why did this video have "Air Jordan 1 Chicago" graphic added? Is the footwear relevant somehow?
It's a funny thing we started doing recently since people began to notice the sneakers. So we added a bit of a twist.
The rear is disproportional and chuncky: expected slimmer design and the lights placed too high up. Better to wait for the next X4.
