- What's the best buffet on the Las Vegas Strip? I ate at the Wicked Spoon at the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas to see how it compares to the Bacchanal Buffet at Caesars Palace. Fans of the Bacchanal Buffet say it's the best buffet in Las Vegas, but the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas has just as many fans who say their Las Vegas buffet is the best. I've eaten at both buffets many times, so here is the truth about the best buffet in Vegas.

You ate the bone marrow wrong. You’re supposed to eat small bites of it (same with foie gras). Also you don’t eat the stringy part

My April trip has been cancelled, along with everything else by the looks of it. This buffet review is like the last chopper out of Saigon

I was planning on going, friend .. well Friend of a friend says MGM may be shutting or limiting some casinos in the next few weeks, so my April trip may not be much of a trip.
That and the CDC is talking about limiting or eliminating non-commercial interstate travel.

Growing up, my mother taught us children that butter was just like another vegetable and can be eaten separately and certainly added to any bite of vegetable. Glad to see that we were not alone. She actually loved butter on cold pizza. Hello to all butter lovers.

Both buffets look so good. The fried chicken at Wicked Spoon looks amazing. Have not been to Vegas in years. When I get back I would like to go to both places. I really enjoy these videos. Keep up the good work.
Or you could just make your own. It may be better dusted with a bit more flour. Try it!

Just a thought... next time you enjoy one of those fantastic bowls of seafood with the tomato butter garlic etc... use a spoon to scoop up the seafood with the sauce in each bite!!! Yummo!!!😋👍🍤

We were at Wicked Spoon early March. Absolutely tasty food and the service was awesome too.
My husband is vegan and he was given a chef's tour plus special dishes made on the spot for him.
Loved it there, will go back when it's safe again.
COVID-19: Las Vegas Strip resorts are now closing, includes MGM, Wynn properties. Wow! Never thought I would see Vegas shut down.
He probably shot months of these videos in advance lol. Most fancy hotels won't put out huge buffets with hardly any customers coming

Thinking about all the employees at these casinos. It's going to be tough for them if the economy tanks in Las Vegas due to the coronavirus.
Its already tanking I got laid off saturday ... the strip is empty. I'm headed to my Last day of work on the strip in 5 minutes.

The economy is gone nationwide. 26 million Americans have lost their job, like me and almost everyone I know. We used to have a 3 pct unemployment rate as of February. Now we have 20%!!

I’m not a bone marrow fan either. You have to be a hard core meat lover.
French grocery stores Monoprix in Paris have that much unsweetened butter on their ready to eat baguette sandwiches, tuna or ham $3! It's awesome and if you don't like that much butter lol it just means more for me! LMAO

I have noticed you never take the top plate when going through a buffet line but you lay your silverware directly on the table with out a napkin being under it. The table may have germs on it so consider thinking twice before you do that . Love all your videos
Generally speaking, buffet eaters are not concerned with 'germs', or they wouldn't be there in the first place.

Seafood especially lobster & crab is too bland in flavor. I prefer darker meats like chicken thighs & various dark fishes

Is this an older video i have heard the buffets were closed or that they were serving you in the buffet line.
Do you know if they went under new management since January of last year. I was there and literally none of that stuff was on the buffet. We were really let down for the quality, quantity versus the price, but this looks really great. It's almost like a completely different offering.

The Wicked Spoon consumer service sucked when I went there. ....there was no line but they were too busy gossiping even to let us pay to get in. Plus, a lot of the food was dry....the best thing was the shrimp and grits. The Bacchanal might have a long wait...but it is worth it. The Bacchanal is amazing!

It’s the vegetarians overpaying for their food that keeps the cost down for us meatatarians. I easily eat $150 of steak but only pay $60

And I know bone marrow and escargot are supposed to be delicacies, I've tried both several times at restaurants that supposedly make the best...but I'd rather just have the fried chicken, lol.
