@@destinysphilosophyuploads That's not what ambushing people & grilling them does though. It makes bigots more resistant to change & causes innocent people to stumble over their words & say something that can be edited to look bad out of context.
That & it makes people anxious who are worried they'll say the wrong thing even if they actually don't have any negative thoughts on the matter. Especially since she's not educating. She's asking for an opinion on a situation he's not involved in that he could've just not known what to think about for all she knew.
For example, as a bi guy, I don't really get the whole "pride" concept because it sounds about as logical as being proud that you're left handed or right brain dominant but if a straight cis person says anything other than "yes" to her question about pride, people will lose their minds regardless of context or intent.
It's not a fair or productive position to put a stranger in without permission or warning.

This is what is wrong with the world right now. Asking a question about something that is in context of an interview is great. Ambushing someone with controversial topics hoping for a clickbait headline is pathetic.
This is why I have never followed or respected TMZ.... she followed him right to his driver's seat for gods sake. Paul is a stand up professional.... humble and filled with wisdom.
Being ambushed by someone with a microphone asking me to speak on a popular issue that I may not necessarily be invested in but nonetheless am terrified of saying the wrong thing about it: my worst nightmare. Paul handled it well!

Paul Stanley has THE GREATEST voice in music IMHO, I describe it as "penetrating". My girlfriend at the time and I had the privilege of seeing Paul perform in Phantom of the Opera in Toronto, 3rd row from front, amazing singer and performer! This reporter tried to corner him with gotcha questions but Paul answered perfectly and gracefully. What a well-spoken gentleman. What a great example for the younger generation also, I found out he and Gene never did drugs or alcohol especially when most younger people would have succumbed to those in their youth with all the success Kiss had. Good for you Paul. God bless.

My dad dropped my friend and I off at Centralplex for the show and it was incredible!! You have been an inspiration to me my whole life.

The one about trans-gender was interesting. I have always found it curious, (really, since way back.) that there has never been a problem for women who dress in the traditional man's business suite. I mean no-man ever made an issue of it, but my goodness, a couple cute guys wanna show their feminine side at Disney by wearing bright red hot-pants, etc. and Da Santis throws a fit !!! Is homophobia a 'tell'...(just wondering.) Anyway, seeing Mr. Stanely without "mime-white face," and big bright RED lips, it's pretty obvious that he goes for the ladies. And at the 'time' that KISS started performing, it was a pretty bold move to dress so 'Wild." It did get them noticed I'm sure, when bands were Rockin' out in droves. The reporter was so stupid and annoying, in this case tho, I would never have kept my cool like he did. (Pesky, ignorant people chasing you in a parking lot like that, would be very annoying to me.)

I've been listening to his book. In the early days of KISS, people thought Paul was gay.
Paul went on to elaborate that he is secure in who he is and didn't care if people called him gay. Granted, in the 1970s, being gay was a bit taboo

Paul and Kiss is a bend over band. Listen to his Joe Rogan interview from 2015.... They benefit themselves. KIss has not done anything since the 1970's Wow make up paint...
