@@ellesbooksso, today I've been listening too all her studio albums in order of release. The first three were OK (not bad, just mostly not for me) but I just listened to Red and I love it! Listening to it a second time through now before I move on. This is fun 😊
hyperfixations are sooo disorienting! I've never heard anyone else describe them that way, but I always find them hard to cope with. Great video, as always

the halloween stickers are lovely, especially the bats! and the one that's skele hands around a bottle. and that monet inspired washi tap is so fabulous. anxiety is definitely equivalent to strenuous exercise. i will not be convinced otherwise. my youtube videos are so unplanned so it's really interesting to see your process/that you write it down. i used to kind of do that but gave up on it since i film so sporadically haha. (and also have such a different format of content) i was obsessed with medieval history from maybe ages 11-16 but no one really encouraged it so i didn't end up studying it formally for uni lol. but yay medieval things! PS - congrats on over 2k subs!!

I love this :) I want to start incorporating this into my life. Right now I'm learning mindfulness meditation using a book called 30 Days to Reduce Anxiety by Harper Daniels, it's been helpful, but I would like to incorporate more scheduling and memory keeping.
