Julie! Saying that you're not "artistic" is so silly! Just because your artwork isn't oil painting or marble sculpting doesn't mean that what you do isn't 100% art! Art is expression. Art is creation. Also, if your techniques are inspired by others, that doesn't mean they're an artist, and you're not! Even if you copy them exactly, that act of creation makes you an artist! Do you think Da Vinci was the first person to paint a picture? Was Michelangelo the first person to sculpt marble? Heavens no! Just because someone else has done what you're doing, doesn't make your artwork anything "less-than". In fact, I would even go so far as to say that you're a pioneer in resin art; as the medium is so very new, and every day you and other resin artists are coming up with new techniques and skills that have never existed before now! How very exciting is that! You are truly a renaissance woman, and an artist in every sense of the word. Thank you for continuing to share your artistic abilities with us! God bless!
Very well said!
Love your positivity.
No ego, just enthusiasm and sharing your knowledge ❤❤❤❤
You really wasted a worry, because it turned out gorgeous! I like the way the petals went up to the edges.
Those are my favourite colours 😍 very beautiful Julie ❤
this is 100% symmetrical and absolutely beautiful, you drew the petals fantastically 🫶🫶🫶
I think this could be a cool butterfly
I agree. Do the body in the first layer, and the wings in the second layer.
LOVE that idea!!!
Yes , a beautyfull butterfly
Hi. It's turned out beautifully. The black background is best, I think.
You worry for nothing a lot. And I think it's gorgeous😍
Beautiful Julie,I really enjoy your excitement, when you see just how beautiful your projects are after doubting yourself.💙
its like fearthers i love it
Wow that's beautiful Julie. You worried for nothing it's just gorgeous 😻😻😻😻💙💙💙💙
Sunflower would look nice in that shape
Oh my gosh I have to say this is one of the best I've seen. I love it
Very pretty Julie. Love the blue. The Black background makes the blue pop.
so pretty...shows that thigns dont have to go o ur way when creating...it will always turn out perfect no matter what the "imperfections" are
I think this one is so pretty love it I love the white under it you can really see the bottom color come through. Thank you for this video.
Really gorgeous. Love the petals and colors. Great trinket tray. Just my 1 cent
They look like feathers. It’s beautiful ❤
I love it! And I dont see anything wrong with the petals going past that inner ridge. I think it looks more complete! And I do love the black... might have to try this, too.
You are very artistic and have enjoyed your art for years...cheers to you
Julie you worry way too much! ❤ it’s beautiful!
Awww, it is really pretty. Love the feathery petals. I think you did a great job for your first try. Lovely, sweetie. xoxoxooxoxo
Julie, everything you make is gorgeous!
Love the colors! This "artistic" bloom style is quite nice!
My colors and love the feather look. It’s so beautiful.😊❤
It's very pretty and the colors are beautiful🩵🤍💚👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Oh my my my Julie!!!!! 😮😍😍😍😍 It's magnificent
These are my favorite colors. I think it's beautiful
It's gorgeous you did an amazing job Julie
The blues look so pretty!
Just exquisite!! Great beauty in your artworks Julie!
Ms Julie, you ARE an artist. You make molds and that requires a bit of sculpting. Right? Having an imagination helps with that.
It also helps with your experiments 😊 and we like going along for the ride.😄
And the trinket tray is gorgeous 😄
Use a large lazy susan for this type of work. It will allow you to spin it slowly to your side. Also, you can spin faster for art effects. Also, this is beyond stunning.
Very pretty colors and feathering...love it!!
Outstanding on the black card.!
Viewing from the caribbean it come out lovely julie
Gorgeous! I’ll be pretty as a sunflower too!
Wow…. That came out beautiful!!! I agree, that the black background really shows it off…. The black would’ve been behind the petals, I don’t think it would interfere….
Wow! I love that color scheme.
Beautiful! I have this mold from you and I love it! I must try this technique! Love the colors!❤
So pretty, looks like feathers
Very beautiful. And I want to congratulate u and hubby for your success and all your hard work to be able to work together and be able to make your dreams come true and increase your business together. You have put a lot of hard work into it. ❤
Being artistic has little to do with the ability to draw. It is always a point of expression. The medium one uses can be literally anything. You express all kinds of sensations of beauty in your resin work. Sorry to inform you. You are an artist.
Very feathery! Lovely!
Beautiful! Lovely colours ❤
I tried the dirty pour Bloom yesterday and it worked fantastic.
I think it’s beautiful

Buautiful. Thank you. ❤
I love it ❤ it is so pretty 🥰
Beautiful!
Uh...JULIE? Sweetie? You are ALWAYS "artistic"! Good grief, woman! You have wonderful taste in color and composition, spatial awareness, and you have a great strength in *DESIGN.* You *know* what "looks good" and "goes together"; what "fits". Me? I can't design my way out of a paper bag! I know what I like when I see it...but can't visualize it in my head, usually. You have more Artistic talent in your pinky than I seem to have in my whole body. BTW: Creating Art has little to do with drawing...just saying. 😊👍
LOVE this tray, BTW. Those colors are my faves. 💕😍😊. Can you try a Flutterby, next? 😁😘😊
Very pretty, feathery petals. I like how the ends go into the edge of the mold. I wonder how a glittery back layer would look? 😍
Omg its beautiful
That's very pretty 😍😍😍
So beautiful ❤❤❤
I really like this one. I think the translucent background was pretty and delicate. My brain was screaming, while you decided on the translucent shade … add some glitter!
I’m not a big fan of glitter, but I have seen one, I think it was Nayanika who did a bloom coaster with a glittery translucent background and it was beautiful. It kept the bloom separate from the background, but still soft, wispy, delicate. Or, was that you? It may have been one you did now that I think about it. You are both very talented.
Have you seen her white/yellow Chinese trinket tray? She just posted a blue peony tray I am going to watch.
Gorgeous ☺️👏👍
The colours are so pretty! I love the feathery effect.❤
It's stunning Julie 🎉❤ I love all the colors you have chosen. ❤
Pretty!
I love the feathing
I'm partial, so green and blue are my favorite colors, but that turned out quite nice--very respectable showing for the first effort of this sort. I'd definitely rock that tray on my dresser! Petals turned out very delicate and filmy.❣
This is really beautiful, The petals look like feathers. Gorgeous!
I love it.
It’s beautiful. Love it. But. I just feel the black is taking over. Maybe a golden or a silver or a combo of gold and silver in the centre will look nice.
Beautiful👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾
Very beautiful 😍
Awesome!❤
Nice job❤
Hi Julie, before I forget again. Please tell me where you got your touch from. I didn’t see it in you details.
Julie, it’s stunningly beautiful. I’m so happy for you.
I quite like that...reminds me of feathers though rather than flowers.
Hi Julie. I love this new technique! So pretty! I wonder what it would look like if you add a glittery or shimmery background with the third darker layer? Regardless, it's so pretty!! Well done again! 😍
This mold would be awesome for making a boquets of little blooms around the outside😊
Beautiful :)
Awesome ❤
A lovely video again, I wonder if, when doing the pale blue leaf surrounds, would you do better (in order for them to be more even in thickness) using a piping bag ???
To be perfectly honest, before the de-moulding I thought it looked RUBBISH, BUT, once you de-moulded it & turned it over, I REALLY LIKE IT !!!
I think the 3D effect looks amazing & on the black background it really stands out nicely, whereas without the black background it's a bit ..."wishy-washy", so i wonder if a dark background colour would have worked after all. I know you were a little concerned about it, hence you went for the pale(ish) blue background, but as I say, I think a dark background (black ???) would have made the petals stand out much better.
Fabulous
lovely
very nice.. i im from India, i like u r videos..
You may consider a "Lazy Suzan" so you can easily turn your piece to more comfortable angles.
That is so beautiful! It looks like both feathers and leafy petals! I wonder if you do the colored white paste again and add an interference?
looks great Julie! Love it. But can you tell me, why you don't spray with Isopropanol anymore to get rid of the bubbles?
A turn table would be helpful in getting all the angles right.
@@rynnlemieux5339 the resin would move though
@@PouringYourHeartOut Would it move enough to ruin the design if you rotated it slowly? I fairly new to resin, just trying to figure it out.
I was just thinking, ever tried 2 do feathers? Think it could be pretty. Don't know if it can be done tho. This tray are beautiful. As all your pieces are.
How do you make this look so easy.? This is gorgeous
❤🎉 beautiful
